Holiday cottage in the heart of the Perche (10 minutes from Bellême and 50 minutes from Le Mans) for up to 5 people The accommodation is located on the first floor of an old outbuilding and consists of a large living room, a dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. This accommodation, next to our home, is equipped for a family with young children. It is close to shops and the leisure center (20 m from the beach). The house is located by the Tuffé lake (fishing, supervised swimming in July and August, as well as authorized navigation). Tuffé is located in the heart of the Perche Sarthois, 35 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary 24-hour circuit, 1 hour from La Flèche and its media zoo. The nearest highway exit is 5 minutes away.

5 bedroom country cottage

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.
