Monthly Rentals in La Fe

The Apt was perfect and we enjoyed the kitchen that was well stocked and it was perfectly located for us to shop apartments in the area. The 1 problem is the view shown in the patio pictures doesn't exist. It's now a construction site and it was a bit disappointing since I had pictured myself taking my coffee in the morning enjoying the bliss of bird songs and nature and what I got was a construction site. Need to plant trees to block the view. The construction starts at 7 and since we rise early it didn't wake us but it is a bummer during breakfast. Santiago was extremely helpful and the apt itself is adorable and comfortable, and it is easy even without a car to grab an uber or bus and go anywhere you want in the area.

A very peaceful place, the view is beautiful and relaxing. It is located in a closed unit and however the lot is very private, very close to Retiro Park and many places in the Antioquia Orient. A good place to rest and connect with nature.

Very nice apartment, just as it was in the photos, the location is very good because it is half a block from the park, we liked it a lot and we would return. The only thing that wasn't so cool was that you could hear the noise from other apartments, so there were people who came in at 1 am and made a lot of noise and didn't let you rest well.
