Hi , I am offering this beautiful independent apartment for rent located below my house. It benefits from a beautiful sea view from the center of Hyères; the Giens Peninsula; the Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port-Cros and the Levant) to Fort Brégançon. You will have access to a beautiful 11 meter by 3.50 m pool for sunny days. The property is a 15-minute drive from the beaches and Toulon-Hyères Airport.

There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).
