Huge living room and dining room area. A large balcony with a million dollar view. The unit would be great for a large family and kids. Also, this would be nice for a guys golf trip since it is right nexts to a golf course. Highly recommend that all visitors identification be submitted you registered to avoid misunderstanding. I would recommend this unit due to its location, large spaces, host response, good security and million dollar views.

This was my second time being able to book Ignacio’s place and it was not a disappointment yet again. We enjoyed this bachelor trip and we were thankful for the hospitality that was provided to us.

It's a lovely building and apartment, but it might be time for some TLC. It's starting to look a bit run down. We had a problem with the security person while trying to park our car. He was extremely rude and made fun of me and my family. I texted the host, asking her to contact me the next day to discuss it, but she never did. Everything else was okay.

Ivan was great, responsive and generally a nice guy. The unit itself is very unique, spacious and comfortable. Great indoor outdoor use of space. It’s loud at night because the apartment is just at the top of the strip. but with white noise it’s all good. Location is very central to the nice part of Medellín. Great spot overall. Everyone was happy

I’ve stayed in this apartment several times now, and honestly, it gets better every time. On this last trip, I spent nearly a month in Colombia and had an amazing time. The apartment is excellent in every way. It’s very well equipped, comfortable, clean, bright, and located in a perfect area to get around the city easily. You can tell there’s great attention to detail—from the decor to the functionality of the space. At this point, it really feels like home whenever I return. Communication with the host is always quick and clear, which makes the entire experience smooth and worry-free. It’s a place where you can work, relax, and enjoy yourself with total comfort. Without a doubt, this is a 5-star apartment. I fully recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in Colombia. This is a gorgeous place to rest while exploring the city. As it is relatively central to the city, it is easy to go wherever you want. There is so much gorgeous art and natural plants that makes this Bnb a truly cozy and unique place to stay in Medellin. Highly recommended!

Place was really nice not to far from everything and has a lots of restaurants bars as well and prices for this place and for food drinks is amazing! If I come back next year again definitely I will stay in same place is the best!I recommend all the Americans boys girls is just perfect place to be in Medellin

wonderful studio. all very clean, organized and pleasant. quiet, safe and very well located place. stove, microwave, refrigerator, fan, all great. the very comfortable bed and bath linens. ana (host) was very kind.

Had a lovely stay at the appartement of Sebas en Beatrice. I liked the neighborhood, you'll walk easily to estadio but also to circular where a lot of nice restaurants are. The wifi worked perfectly so I could easily get my work done. The appartement felt quickly like home.

The space was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, making it feel like a home away from home. Being close to the village was a big plus as we could easily get anything we needed. The quiet atmosphere combined with comfort made this stay particularly special. Our stay in Medellin was spectacular from the apartment and its beautiful view of the city. It was very easy to get around with Uber, there is a supermarket nearby for the basics you need. Comfortable apartment with everything you need. I would definitely come back again. 😊

This was my second booking at Albertos place within 3 months. I've found that he is a easy host and his home contains absolutely everything needed for a long stay. if you are looking to experience Centro Medellín, then this is the perfect place to stay.

Excellent farm, very suitable for big groups. Very well distributed and very attentive to the host and the butler. We loved my and family and I and my family. Recommendation, they have a German shepherd who sometimes release without warning and if you have dogs can be complex because it is not known how he is going to respond
