Tuve una experiencia increíble durante mi estancia en Medellín. Desde el primer momento me sentí como en casa gracias a la hospitalidad de Andrés, quien no solo fue un excelente anfitrión, sino que también se convirtió en un gran amigo en tan solo unos días. El lugar es hermoso, cómodo y con una energía muy especial, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de la ciudad. El trato de los hosts fue excepcional: atentos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Sin duda, volvería nuevamente. ¡Gracias por todo, Andrés!

This was my second time being able to book Ignacio’s place and it was not a disappointment yet again. We enjoyed this bachelor trip and we were thankful for the hospitality that was provided to us.

It's a lovely building and apartment, but it might be time for some TLC. It's starting to look a bit run down. We had a problem with the security person while trying to park our car. He was extremely rude and made fun of me and my family. I texted the host, asking her to contact me the next day to discuss it, but she never did. Everything else was okay.

Excelente lugar, muy limpio y acogedor. Definitivamente volveré.

Ivan was great, responsive and generally a nice guy. The unit itself is very unique, spacious and comfortable. Great indoor outdoor use of space. It’s loud at night because the apartment is just at the top of the strip. but with white noise it’s all good. Location is very central to the nice part of Medellín. Great spot overall. Everyone was happy

I’ve stayed in this apartment several times now, and honestly, it gets better every time. On this last trip, I spent nearly a month in Colombia and had an amazing time. The apartment is excellent in every way. It’s very well equipped, comfortable, clean, bright, and located in a perfect area to get around the city easily. You can tell there’s great attention to detail—from the decor to the functionality of the space. At this point, it really feels like home whenever I return. Communication with the host is always quick and clear, which makes the entire experience smooth and worry-free. It’s a place where you can work, relax, and enjoy yourself with total comfort. Without a doubt, this is a 5-star apartment. I fully recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in Colombia. Thank you for making every visit just as good as the last—if not better!

Foi uma experiência fantástica! O apartamento em si é uma verdadeira obra de arte, com vários detalhes únicos que tornam a estadia muito, mas muito especial mesmo! Fiquei duas semanas e não senti falta de nada. O espaço em si é bastante aconchegante, e poder trabalhar em home office em meio a tanta natureza, com passarinhos chegando perto o tempo todo, foi algo incrível. Sem contar que estar em um bairro com fácil acesso a vários lugares de Medellín é algo bastante positivo para aproveitar tudo que a cidade tem a oferecer. Sem dúvida alguma, recomendo demais!

Place was really nice not to far from everything and has a lots of restaurants bars as well and prices for this place and for food drinks is amazing! If I come back next year again definitely I will stay in same place is the best!I recommend all the Americans boys girls is just perfect place to be in Medellin

Had a lovely stay at the appartement of Sebas en Beatrice. I liked the neighborhood, you'll walk easily to estadio but also to circular where a lot of nice restaurants are. The wifi worked perfectly so I could easily get my work done. The appartement felt quickly like home.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de provenza y la vida nocturna

Es un apartamento muy bonito, excelente ubicación, bien dotado en todas las áreas y con servicios del condominio como la piscina, turco, sauna, gimnasio, restaurante, etc. Genial!!!

Como recomendación entregar un control adicional para el ingreso a las puertas automáticas teniendo en cuenta que la finca es para grupos grandes y no todos salen al mismo tiempo siempre.

La ubicación ofrece vistas espectaculares mientras mantiene una perfecta tranquilidad. El espacio estaba cuidadosamente equipado con todo lo que necesitábamos para una estancia confortable, haciéndolo sentir como un hogar lejos de casa. Estar cerca del pueblo fue una gran ventaja, ya que podíamos conseguir fácilmente cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La atmósfera tranquila combinada con la comodidad hizo que esta estancia fuera particularmente especial. Muy recomendable y don Jorge atento a cualquier inquietud.

Nuestra estado en Medellín fue espectacular desde el apartamento y su vista hermosa a la ciudad. Fue muy fácil moverse en Uber, hay un supermercado cerca para lo básico que necesites. Apartamento comodo y con lo que necesitas. Definitivamente volvería nuevamente. 😊

This was my second booking at Albertos place within 3 months. I've found that he is a easy host and his home contains absolutely everything needed for a long stay. if you are looking to experience Centro Medellín, then this is the perfect place to stay.

Excelente la finca, muy adecuada para grandes grupos. Muy bien distribuida y muy atentos el anfitrión y el mayordomo. Nos gusto mucho a mi y a mi familia. Recomendación, tienen un pastor alemán que a veces sueltan sin avisar y si tienes perros puede ser complejo porque no se sabe cómo vaya a responder
