The living room/kitchen opens onto a south-facing balcony and the bedroom opens onto a quiet garden. Free parking 50 m away.

The apartment is simple, unpretentious but very quiet on the edge of an old-fashioned paved alley. It is a good base for visiting the Drôme Valley or a simple overnight stop for workers since it is located 5 minutes from the highway, 20 minutes from Valence Montélimar
