The interior of our newly renovated home is spacious and bright, with a large living room opening onto a modern and fully equipped kitchen. The main room features a modern sofa facing a smart TV and a dedicated audio system to enjoy your favorite entertainment. There are three comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor, including a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with a large shower and dressing room. All three offer comfort and privacy to its occupants. A second bathroom is available for the other two bedrooms. You will also find on the ground floor, a complete laundry room with the amenities of home: a washing machine and a dryer. It also serves as a third bathroom with a sink and a beautiful shower. Upstairs, a dormitory accommodates 4 people, children or teenagers, while a separate office allows you to work in complete peace and quiet. Outside, two spacious terraces offer an XXL relaxation area to enjoy the sun and outdoor meals. The back of the house overlooks a large garden with a bowling alley, ideal for outdoor activities and barbecues with friends.

Le Grand Bois is a charming 18th century farmhouse renovated with taste and opening onto a large garden. It's a family house located in a hamlet 500 m from the Villecartier forest and 3km from Bazouges la Pérouse, a small village full of character. Old but resolutely modern by its comfort and its decoration, it is an ideal place for a family vacation or a friends getaway. The tranquility of the place will suit both people wishing to rest or being active seeking to discover the beautiful region.

Just 13 km from Mont-Saint-Michel, nicknamed "La Merveille", our single-story house welcomes you for a peaceful stay with family or friends. Located in a quiet and friendly environment, it is the perfect base from which to explore the bay and its treasures. We are 19 km from the Ange Michel park but also less than an hour from the Viaduct De La Souleuvre in addition to the landing beaches. The house consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom. This is a single-story house. The beds will be ready upon arrival and we provide a baby bed if needed. Bathroom linens are included. There is an outdoor park with garden furniture, barbecue and petanque court.
