Seafront 4 minutes' walk from the villa. Our cul-de-sac leads to the Espanet crossing which leads to the sea. The villa has 3 bedrooms upstairs, including 1 master suite with beautiful sea views. The 2nd bedroom has a sea view and the 3rd has a garden view. On the ground floor: veranda, kitchen-dining room, music room, book... 2 bathrooms. Garden with sea view and summer kitchen. Our vacation home is in a green setting. I am not on site but I can always be reached, and I can come if needed.

Very lively neighborhood in July and August: beach a few meters away, restaurants, bars, musical atmosphere. Not recommended for people looking for isolation and absolute calm during these 2 months.
