Brand new home in Isla Conchilla within Islas Del Mar, a new gated community just north of Puerto Penasco - just 10 minutes north of the Malecon. With five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms containing luxury linens and appointments, the home is designed for large groups. New in 2024: pool heating.
