Very nice and tastefully decorated apartment. The outdoor terrace is really a plus as well as the parking space. Shops are all nearby.

We were very well received on arrival in a very well located, very well furnished and very functional apartment. Quiet residence under the pines and near the embankment. The description is true to reality. Corinne and Richard are excellent hosts. We recommend their rental, and we will not hesitate to return if possible.

This place was a big part of making our stay go smoothly. Accommodation identical to the photos, very well equipped with quality sleeping arrangements (rare on vacation). Great quirky, spacious, 3rd floor attic flat with high-quality modern fitout, interesting beams and angular walls. Good views of the boats in the harbour. Well-located within a 20-minute walk to the old town and a few minutes' walk from a range of excellent restaurants, near the head of the harbour. Underground paid parking opposite is expensive; however, free on-street parking is available 10 minutes walk away most days. No lift but good stairs. We enjoyed it very much.

We spent 3 nights at Daphne's accommodation. We were greeted by Bernard on site. The accommodation was clean and as advertised. Sumptuous view of the entire bay. We'll be happy to go back!

Studio as described, perfect for two people Ideally located, everything is on foot from the accommodation: embankment of La Baule, Port du Pouliguen, local shops, restaurants No private parking space, but there's an easy and free street parking spot. small downside: Cluttered bike room - difficult or impossible to put bikes in safety

The apartment is really exceptional and the view is a dream. The communication was super friendly and Kate and her husband are very nice people! The keys are therefore handed over in person. The kitchen is above average well equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather. You should consider this before booking, otherwise you will not be able to use the beautiful terrace due to wind and rain. All in all, we liked it very much 🍀

Perfect location beside the delightful Conleau peninsula which exceeded our expectations. Good restaurants nearby - we enjoyed Conleau 1930.
