Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

Baby equipment (crib, high chair...) is available. A dozen hens occupy the house's old stable for good fresh eggs every day!

My place is good for families. It is located 19 km from Lake Geneva and 24 km from Morgins (Swiss border town), close to winter sports resorts, Bernex (9 km), Abondance, Chapelle d'Abondance and Châtel, Morzine-Avoriaz which are part of the Portes du Soleil area (connected to two countries). You will have a terrace and a play area, garden. A room is also available for storing ski and bike equipment.

Chalet 8 people, magnificent view

When we sought to realize our 30-year-old dream of having a foothold in the mountains, and we visited this cottage, we instantly felt at home and won over by the beautiful and panoramic view it offers. Access may seem a little "complicated" at first glance (70 steps)...During our first visit before the purchase, it seemed "too much" to me but, once inside, the inconvenience was swept in 3 seconds!
