Our house is located in the village of Villiers au Bouin and has Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, there is an entrance with a cupboard, a living room with a new sofa bed (with a real 18 cm mattress), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. You can put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Cleaning fee of €40 available.

Carefully decorated, the 40 m2 accommodation has comfortable equipment to accommodate 2 to 3 people (2 adults+ child or baby). the hosts will guide you with pleasure to discover their beautiful region: discovery of the heritage including the castles, vineyards and cellars of the Loire, Zoo de la Flèche, hikes in a preserved natural environment, fishing, paddle or canoe, purchases of farm products...

The gite, the swimming pool, and all outside areas are exclusively reserved for guests. You do not share the pool with the owners or with other vacationers. The entire property is not overlooked.
