Recently renovated, studio apartment (aprox 38 m2 incl balcony) overlooking the beach of La Carihuela. Close to the city center of Torremolinos (aprox. 5 min walk). Astonishing view to the Mediterranean Sea, to Carihuela village, and the mountains on the right hand side. Sit on the Balcony all day and night just relaxing and enjoying the sound of the waves and the buzzling beach life. Our apartment has direct access to the beach (lift) and upstairs to the city center (lift) of Torremolinos.

It will be a dream for you if what you're looking for is to put on your swimsuit and in less than a minute be walking on the sand of the beach. In the heart of La Carihuela's promenade, with everything you need around you: restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, gift shops... The apartment is located on a pedestrian street, on the first floor with a balcony. In the past, all these buildings were fishermen's houses, so they are usually two-story buildings that do not have an elevator.

It is located 200 meters from the beach, close to good restaurants, beach bars, a bus stop in front and close to the train. It has Wi-Fi, A/C, and a large window that opens onto a terrace so you can enjoy a wonderful ocean view. The building is quiet, family-friendly, with green spaces. Ideal to disconnect or stay connected while teleworking.
