The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. My little house

My house is in a very convenient location with respect to all the most interesting activities that can be found in my area. It is 1 km as the crow flies from the sea and is easily reachable by bicycle, crossing beautiful wheat fields to find yourself in the largest pine forest on the coast from which you can access miles and miles of free beach. It is about 800 meters from the shopping centers and 5 km from the famous Viale dei Cipressi in Bolgheri.
