Nestled in a green setting on the heights of La Bridoire, we will be delighted to welcome you to this beautiful new T2, on one level, with a private garden and offering a view of the forest and Biscuit and Iris, our donkeys, regularly present in the park. Within walking distance you will find a bakery a tobacconist press a pharmacy as well as a shopping area less than 10 by car. You can enjoy activities (canyoning, GR9 hikes, fishing, sailing, ...)

Independent apartment attached to a 150-year-old house in typical Savoyard stone located in the Chartreuse mountain range, 13 minutes from Lake Aiguebelette and 35 minutes from the city of Chambéry, 45 minutes from Grenoble and 1 hour from Lyon. Mid-mountain environment (alt. 550 m), you have the option to practice several outdoor activities in summer such as cycling, hiking… in winter skiing in a family resort in Saint Pierre de Chartreuse (32 min).

Guest house

On the hill , the guest house is an old rammed bread oven transformed into a 70 m2 dwelling on two floors in a traditional Savoyard rammed farmhouse. The garden available to you is private and enclosed. Ten minutes drive from the magnificent lake of Aigueblette which means "pretty little waters" in patois and 5 minutes from shops. I have patiently renovated art craftsmanship with natural materials and old and old-fashioned techniques for 13 years .

We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.

We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.
