Experience the countryside and the sea 400 meters from Cruz del Sur beach. Enjoy a natural and relaxing environment. This is a modular house that we built to enjoy as a family and that we decided to rent during times of the year when we do not use it. It has a bedroom with a double bed that can be converted into 2 singles, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with armchairs and a wood-burning stove for which we leave firewood available. The house is very comfortable with big spaces, and a great covered deck along the front to enjoy the views. It is also surrounded by a great land. The entrance is shared with the neighbours. There are some friendly dogs that come to visit but they are not allowed inside the house. 5min drive to center Sierra (30' walking) 30min drive to Mar del Plata
