capitati...per caso

MirandaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We were met by Giulio. We were a little early but that wasn't a problem. We were already allowed to use the accommodation. There was a delicious filled fruit box in front of us and a few super tasty muffins. Because we are used to our flat country, the road to the cottage was so steep. But that turned quickly. Everything was really wonderfully clean and equipped with every comfort. Everything was thought of. Nearby, plenty to do, everything is by car. We had a thing with the air conditioning, but contacted Giulio via the app, after which it was resolved. (Just converting a switch) In between, Giulio came by twice. His wife had baked a delicious cake and made blackberry jam. So nice to get a note with our own language in which they thanked us. We had a great week. Our 30 year wedding is allowed to celebrate. We will definitely want to come back!! Thank you for the good care

Cottage in a Chianti Vineyard with Jacuzzi

JackRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We loved Patrizio’s cottage. It is very cosy and has been renovated very well. It was the perfect place for us (2 people, 2 dogs). The kitchen was our favourite spot and the interior in the bedroom is very cool. The garden is great and the hot tub is a nice addition. The surrounding area is very nice and peaceful. The vineyards are beautiful. One evening we took a stroll up the hill to the nearby vineyard which was nice. Patrizio is super friendly and very responsive and we kept in touch throughout our stay, with him providing great recommendations. He also came to say hello and show us around the cottage during check-in. It’s a good base for day trips - we did Pisa, Lucca and San Gimignano - all of which were under an hours drive. He also recommended visiting his golf club for a small fee - they had a nice pool with beautiful views that we used one morning. We would highly recommend Patrizio and his place!

Casa Liviana

We immediately felt very comfortable in the spacious apartment. The view of the surrounding area from the cozy arbor over the olive groves to far into the plain and the mountains beyond is fantastic. Our hosts are very warm and helpful people. Thanks to Google translator, the communication worked out great even without knowledge of Italian. We will be happy to come back!

Typical Tuscany House

FeliciaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Lisa’s place was one of a kind. It was really nice and beautiful Tuscany house? surrounded by a big nice garden. Lisa was very helpful and flexible. And Lauretta was very kind as well, always there whenever we needed something. This place is definitely very recommend, if you’re traveling by car. Thank you so much for the great accommodation.

Streda Vinci between Florence and Pisa Pool Jacuzzi 03

Book!! 100% I would rebook, especially for groups. For Americans-breakfast was slow, like the rest of Italy. Overall restaurant was very accommodating & food was fresh. The views and customer service were top notch! I would stay again. Great for group bookings and very kid friendly!

Il Grillo Glamping Suite

MichaelRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Super nice location and well equipped tent. You can't cook there but have breakfast. There is a fridge (without freezer compartment), coffee and tea, toast, marmalade, Nutella and plates with knives and spoons. The location was a little further away than Google Maps indicated, but for us the walking distance to the restaurants in the village still remained fine. Only the WiFi was very bad at the tent but also moderate at the house. Owners super cordial people! Also plenty of tips, both on paper and in person. Certainly subject to repetition!
