The apartment consists of 3 more balconies and has a safe, surveillance cameras, security doors, intruder detector and smoke detectors connected to the central office 24 hours a day. Imagine swimming, paddle surfing course, playing with your kids in the sand, running on the shores of the Mediterranean, or just enjoying the varied gastronomic offer of the neighborhood. Apartment 🏠 rules we welcome you and ask you to respect the neighbors' peace: avoid loud noises, doors, and parties, especially after 10:00 PM. It is not allowed to host more people than indicated in the reservation; if the rules are violated, you could be evicted without refund. 🔑 Keys and check-out if you leave before, leave the keys on the table and close the door on your way out. Remember to always lock. Whether seeking a romantic get-away or a family vacation, this modernist style 18th century palace is a completely refurnished luxury apartment and brand new penthouse located in the heart of Barcelona. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.
