Sunny Studio Penthouse in center of Athens

A very comfortable & cosy studio on the 6th floor of a typical building of the 60's decade... The building is situated on Fok. Negri str., a wide & green pedestrian boulevard in area Kypseli. The accommodation has a south-eastern terrace with beautiful views towards Lycabettus & Acropolis with an outside sitting area, sunshades & lots of green plants in the frontage of the building. It's correctly equipped for 1 or 2 persons with a comfortable & anatomical sofa-double bed constructed.

A nice and bright apartment. Its a great location with easy access to the city centre, the train and bus station as well as the National Archeological museum and the Hellenic Motor Museum. A nice cosy apartment ideal for one or two guests. The house consists of a master bedroom, a bathroom, an open plan kitchen, a spacious living room, a balcony with an unexpected garden view.
