Holiday rentals with beach access in Kyparissia

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, light-filled, large, modern apartment close to the beach and walkable to other Kalamata neighborhoods. It was a great place to stay!

Nicole was very friendly and extremely helpful! The house was brand new in a very central area of Koroni with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. We definitely recommend it!

Pleasant accommodation with a large terrace overlooking the sea. Beautiful. We were greeted by Katerina's dad who is cheerful and attentive. Only small complaint: no air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. Despite this small inconvenience, I would recommend this listing and would definitely stay again.

We were very satisfied with the place! The house was clean and tidy! The photos are true!! Very friendly hosts! The spot is very good! We would definitely stay again if we visit the area again!

Perfect place to stay for relaxing and exploring the area (Epidauros, Mycenae, Nafplio). The apartment is amazing. We loved the scenic panoramic view from the roof top terrace or from the sitting area. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was spotless and clean. We enjoyed a welcome basket with e.g., a great white wine and coffee. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely a place to come back.

Great place to stay. Goated bakery and fish restaurant nearby. Direct access to the beach right in front of the house, big balcony with full sea view. Free parking facing the house. 12-15 min drive to Nafplio.

Its destinations like Harry’s place that make me wish I was a better writer. Knowing where to start? The amazing hospitality, breathtaking views, spotless apartments... Firstly, after having some car trouble Harry came to the rescue, picked us up - and not only brought us to our 3 day paradise, but beforehand took us all around the town showing us the sites, beaches and recommending some of his favorite places to eat. When we arrived we found everything we needed and more. The place and views are freaking spectacular!! And our own private beach to match. Harry, being the SUPER-HOST that he is even brought us into the beautiful city of Nafplio in his car (TWICE)... Can’t wait to come back next time, and stay at Harry’s place! Do yourself a favor and just go book it now. And if you’re planning to book for 2 days, double it!

The apartment more than exceeded our expectations. We were asked again and again if everything is okay or if we need anything. Dimitrios gave us great tips and information on how to get there before arrival. Lila was super friendly. And the location is fantastic and nice and quiet. Many thanks for both of them.

The whole family really enjoyed our stay at Christo's House. The house is really well suited for a big family, very clean and smartly designed and everything worked perfectly. We arrived really late in the night and they helped us check in, and provided us with snacks:) The service and communication was superb! Btw the area is probably the best we have been to in Greece. So many fantastic day trips when you have a car available.. The nearby beach is nice. and we really recommend the nearest restaurent "Thalassaki Giannakopoulou" Thanks once again:))

Great location and a lovely apartment. Communication with Antonis worked out very well and after a few problems at the beginning of the accommodation, which was quickly taken care of, we had a lovely stay. In autumn, the sea is still wonderfully warm and there are fewer tourists. Highly recommend.

Pleasant stay in the area 30 minutes from Olympia. The house is safe for young children. We were able to enjoy the games in the garden and at the beach which is just a 1-minute walk away.

Xristina gave us a really warm welcome, and explanation on the house amenities. The house is very comfortable, spacious, light, well constructed and equipped with all amenities and even more than that. It has a good luxury feeling. Good quality interior. . Fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen was filled with groceries when we arrived. Outside seating with privacy for both sun and shade. Xristina gave good advice on restaurants and local beaches ( there is several really nice beaches not more than 15 minutes away and the one across the street of course) all in all. Great place, great host hope to be back again

Kate’s place was heavenly! Nice, quiet, clean, safe, spacious place 75m from the beach. Friendly people, amazing hosts, nice local restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay here!

High end place, spotless and with great views and amazing sunsets with the background of the sea. Fully equipped with a lot of extras and we got also a basket with local food and a fridge with beers and variety of soft drinks. The private parking with the electric gate are very convenient. The hosts made sure we will have all what we needed or asked for.

If you want the peachiest place to stay in Kardamyli look no further ! Set in a beautiful olive grove, this stone house is elegant and comfortable. It has everything you need. Kostas is a lovely host- it was great to meet him. You are a few minutes walk from a very private swimming cove. We never met anyone else swimming there. I highly recommend this house !

My wife and I loved Niko’s place. Great location, we felt right at home. We walked to the supermarket and bought fresh vegetables and made salads. The local restaurants on the path and off were wonderful. So many things to do and see. Niko’s place was wonderful and we hope to stay again when we return!

Loved our peaceful relaxing stay at Ioannis and Carmen's, love what they are doing there with permacukture and aiming for living off the land. Great setup, spacious, homely, ac in bedroom, we'll equipped kitchen, upstairs so a nice breeze, lovely balcony for dining outdoors. Kindly picked us up/dropped us at Koroni town and took us to beach when they went. Enjoyed hearing the jackals howling at night, so cool!!

We booked this place in order to have a more relaxing slow paced time after busy sight seeing elsewhere for the previous 7 weeks. This apartment was just what we were after. Magnificent view for starters, that you’ll never grow bored of. The apartment is a real home with a well appointed kitchen and quality appliances. You’ll have all the supplies you need, Nikos goes over and above to supply everything. Beds are comfortable and the place is so quiet. Kalamata was easy to get around & the apartment was close to supermarkets & restaurants. Highly recommend this fabulous place and it’s definitely worth the money.

The apartment was just amazing! Stunning view over the sea, really cosy, very nice garden to chill and it had everything you need. Everything was very clean. Zein and Andy were very friendly and gave us good tips and were always there for us. We really enjoyed the calm surrounding, did a lot of hiking tours. We highly recommend this apartment.
