Malsova Maisonette

Malsova Maisonette is located on the beach of Malsova, 2 km from the picturesque village of Agios Nikolaos. It is part of the Malsova Home complex. Malsova Maisonette is a traditional stone building built in 1880. It has 2 floors and a total area of 70 sqm. The 2 floors are connected by an external staircase. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom and a terrace overlooking the sea. On the lower floor, there is a bedroom, a living room/kitchen and a bathroom. Outside the house, there is a courtyard that leads to the beach.

The kamara

Our guest house,"The Kamara", is located in the peaceful village of Neohori in Westernmani. Only a five minute drive from the sandy beaches of Kalogria and Stoupa (a car is recommended), and with a backdrop of the Taygetos mountains, the traditional village has two bakeries, two cafenions, a minimarket, and a taverna. The house is fully equipped. Upstairs is a kitchen and living room with a double sofa bed. Downstairs, in a traditional Kamara with vaulted ceiling, is the bedroom and en-suite.

Olea House Kyparissia 80m from the sea

Olea is a luxury 2-bedroom private house located in Kyparissia, 80m from the sea. Olea consists of a living room with fireplace, a full equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Olea has also a spacious balcony in each level of the house. Olea is a two-level property, able to accommodate up to 6 guests. -First Floor- Entering the house an open area consists of a kitchen and leaving room welcomes you. Second Floor- On the second floor of the house there are the two double bedrooms.

Phaos |

Phaos located in Kyparissia, specifically in the port of Kyparissia. They have an amazing panoramic view of the Ionian Sea and the mountains. Each apartment unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and cooker, a flat-screen smart TV in all the rooms and the living room, a private bathroom with shower and a seating area with a sofa, and air codition. Τhe balconies have an awesome view to the port and the mountains and you can admire the sunsets. Is on the ground floor and is 60m2.

Comfort Studio Ilios kai Thalassa close to beach

Our guesthouse consists of 4 identical studios with lots of privacy. Each studio has a comfortable double boxspring bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette and airconditioning. Outside each studio has a large covered veranda and a open terrace with 2 sunbeds. The fresh & healthy breakfast as included is served in the communal garden, where you can also find an outdoor shower and hammock. The sandy beach and taverna are just few minutes walking away.

Beach Retreat

We are renting our lovely beach house. It is in an idyllic location, only 200 metres from a beautiful beach and nestled in a hidden olive grove. It has a very friendly and welcoming feel and plenty of space to gather socially or have your own private corner. The house consists of kitchen, living room 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an outside shower and an outside bed. The house is only 1 km from the town of Kyparissia which can also be accessed on foot along the beach path.

Gogo's House

This is a very nice house in the village of Raches 4km from Kyparissia City and 2km from Kalo Nero. It is located in the middle of all the famous archeological places like Ancient Olympia, Ancient Ithomi, Nestor Palace, Epikourios Appolon Temple. All these are about 40min distance by car. Exactly next to the Tombs of Peristeria. Very close to the natural landscapes too as Neda Waterfalls. 3min. distance from the nearest beach and 40min. from the famous Voidokoilia beach.
