[House story] This house was born out of a childhood dream of living in a Nordic house.It all started with my longing for a cosy cabin like the ones in stories and for the tranquillity of nature. After living in Sweden and New Zealand, I returned to Japan and, together with my husband Andy, took over a cabin that was due to be demolished just one month later. This house has been carefully renovated, piece by piece, by my husband and I, like a work of art. It is a small and cute cabin built 40 years ago.This facility is suitable for BBQs.There's a big tree, and the dappled sunlight feels great! ★ We do not accept guests who don't like insects. There are always beetles and seasonal insects.We do not accept complaints about insects. We will explain the specifications on-site at check-in◽. ◽ Please bring your own tissues and kitchen paper. There are toothbrushes, bath towels, face towels, shampoo, body soap, etc. for the number of guests. We do not provide cutlery for small children. “'OLI’OLI no Ki” is located in a quiet villa area right next to the metasequoia tree-lined street, which is a popular tourist destination. Spacious LDK of more than 23 tatami mats. The Hachioji River is located from the wooden deck. Enjoy a barbecue and tea time while enjoying the stunning scenery that changes depending on the sound of the river and the seasons. There are also 2 large bathtubs and showers where you can relax. You can take a bath with your family and group. You can enjoy a barbecue on the outdoor wooden deck. You don't need to prepare any gear or anything else. A rental villa for a relaxing lifestyle on a 300 tsubo plot

　This 300-tsubo rental villa is limited to one group per day and is surrounded by nature at the foot of the Hakusan Ski Resort in the Lake West area of Shiga Prefecture. In winter, spend the day with a warm wood stove. Firewood is available free of charge, mainly sawtooth oak and beech. We will carefully explain how to use the stove at check-in. Please use it with peace of mind. 　On the south side of the villa, you can spend a quiet time with a hammock and bench in the sawtooth oak forest. On the east side is a barbecue corner, a long garden, and a wooden deck. On the north side, there is a sawtooth oak forest and you can pick chestnuts in autumn. Nearby popular spots include Heisu Osaki, one of the 100 best cherry blossom viewing spots in Japan in spring, Lake Biwa in summer, a huge avenue of Metasequoia trees, one of the 100 best street trees in Japan in autumn, and Hakushin Shrine, a power spot with a large torii gate floating on Lake Biwa, is also very popular in winter.
