Our comfortable fishing house is right on the rocks, in front of the blue sea. We refurbished and dye vintage furniture by our hands and harts, keeping the specificity of the place. All 4 bedrooms have direct views of the sea. Our guests can enjoy breakfast on the terrace looking to a small wild island. Just a few steps from the house is a small beach, protected by rocks, ideal for swimming and relaxing. When the sun starts to set, you can rest and watch the fishermen boats passing in front .

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην Πλατάνα Κύμης Εύβοιας, 700 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα, είναι ένας καλοκαιρινός προορισμός, που συνδυάζει τη φύση, τις πεντακάθαρες παραλίες του Αιγαίου, το καλό φαγητό καθώς και την νυχτερινή διασκέδαση. Αλλά και για χειμερινές διακοπές, καθώς η ησυχία και η θέα είναι όσα χρειάζεται κανείς για να ηρεμήσει και να χαλαρώσει. Ο χώρος αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια, χώρο κουζίνας και μπάνιο.

Welcome to our beautiful traditional house in the coastal village of Platana, on the island of Evia. The house features three bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a sofa-bed, kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace overlooks the Aegean sea. The house is situated inside the village, close to restaurants and super markets, as well as the beach. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for hiking, swimming, climbing, or just relaxing. The price inludes tax (2€ Nov-Mar, 8€ Apr-Oct)

H Πετροθέα είναι διώροφη κατοικία 100τ.μ. στο χωριό Βρύση Εύβοιας, με θέα τα πανέμορφα βράχια της Κούπα/Μπουγάζι και το εκκλησάκι της Δραγονέρας. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο μιας περιοχής με δυνατότητες για πολλές εξορμήσεις και δραστηριότητες στη φύση. Αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια, ενιαίο σαλόνι-κουζίνα, 2 μπάνια και βεράντες. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, smart TV, WiFi, σόμπα Pellet και air conditions για το χειμώνα, καθώς και air conditions για το καλοκαίρι. Φιλοξενεί άνετα 6 άτομα.

Vous tomberez amoureux en vous reveillant vue sur la mer. Lit en 140x190. ventilateur. lumière de couleurs. Coin douche(Eau froide)et eau chaude a 30 metres. Et aussi une superbe douche extérieur et toilette extérieur.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται μέσα σε άγριο ελατοδάσος.Δεν υπάρχει σήμα κινητής τηλεφωνίας παρά μόνο σε συγκεκριμένα σημεία και στην κορυφή του βουνού.Απευθύνεται σε ανθρώπους που αγαπούν την φύση και το άγριο.Απαιτείται η χρήση "ψηλού" αυτοκινήτου ή 4x4 καθώς ο δρόμος είναι αρκετά δύσκολος ιδιαίτερα τους χειμερινούς μήνες.Το ανάμα φωτιάς ,η χρήση σόμπας ξύλου καθώς και η χρήση κουζίνας γκαζιού πρέπει να είναι μέσα στις βασικές δεξιότητες του επισκέπτη .
