What a beautiful beautiful place. The pictures don’t do the house justice and Tiwi is a beach that is still as gorgeous as it was 30 years ago. No beach boys, no grief just lovely people everywhere. We snorkelled, swam in the pool, swam in the sea, played on the beach, rock pool hunted on the reef. Saw amazing starfish, moray eel, box fish and 3 types of sea hare as well as the “usual stuff”. We missed turtles hatching by 24 hours, but watched one come up to lay her eggs . The perfect place to spend a few days with the family chilling, talking and reconnecting. The verandah at the front is the best hub place. Then food - Anthony creates magic in the kitchen. Fresh fish, fruit and his tempura squid with coriander and soy sauce was delish. Fred the taxi driver is great and as a mixed family of 6 we could be as active and busy or not as we chose. The best way to end a trip to Kenya and as a previous resident it was perfect -Asante Tanya xx

A hidden gem in Diani Beach! 🌴☀️ If you’re looking for a very private and relaxing escape, this place is perfect. The host Peter was outstanding – always available and super helpful with anything we needed, from organizing transport to local tips. A true highlight was the private chef, Hasimi, who prepared delicious breakfasts and dinners. The villa is spacious and serene, ideal for anyone seeking peace and exclusivity. Just one note: mosquito prevention (spray or repellent) is recommended, especially in the evenings. Would definitely come back! 🏝️✨

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb! The space is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The garden and pool area are perfect for unwinding. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to cook at home. Check-in was flexible and hassle-free, and the host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. We would absolutely love to come back :-)

Wonderful stay. One of it’s kind. Worth every penny. Ken, our cook, prepared nothing but a variety of delicious meals. Josephine, the adorable, is a very unique lady with a heart of gold. Rachelle, the manager, made our stay very remarkable. As far as the guards, they went above and beyond at making sure we were safe and well cared for. This place is s gem, and if accepted back, we will definitely visit again. If ever up for sale, please let us know. My family would love to call that property home. The location is unmatched! You can safely walk to the mall and get all the things you might need. The pool was enjoyable and the view was unbeatable. It’s a suitable place to stay in Mombasa for holidays!

David was an amazingl host. very responsive at any time. and would go out of his way to offer solutions. the house is strategically located to so many fun activities like go kart, wild waters and nguuni sanctuary. can't recommend the place enough

Our stay at Simba Village was fantastic. The house was clean, safe and in a great location. Lots of places to eat and even the grocery store within walking distance. Rachel was so sweet and check in was easy and smooth. Elvis was in constant communication throughout the trip making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great spot in the heart of Mombasa, easy access to the beach with a lovely pool. The house itself has everything you need, soft sheets and fans that keep the room cool.

Doreen was a fantastic host—warm, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. She gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat, and even helped us book water-based activities and restaurant reservations, which made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Her hospitality truly stood out and added a personal touch to our trip. Highly recommended!

Yasser is a person who takes great care of the well-being of his guests. Whenever I have needed something, he has responded promptly and solved the problem. Also, on a personal level, he is a very pleasant person to deal with. Regarding the accommodation, it is in perfect condition with cleaning service several times a week. The location of the neighborhood is very good as it allows you to go to Nyali, Shanzu or Twapa and so you can do things in all these places. It is also a few minutes from the beach. The neighborhood has everything you need for everyday life, from stores to local food restaurants with very good prices.

Pam’s Place was the perfect choice for our needs during our trip to attend a wedding at the Diani Beach Resort. Traveling on a budget, my wife and I took a chance on this affordable gem, which offered exceptional value compared to the resort. Nestled in a stunning location, it’s ideal for those seeking an authentic experience immersed in the local community, unlike the more private, tourist-oriented resort. The highlight was our host, Pam, whose warmth and responsiveness went above and beyond. When we forgot our phone chargers, she generously lent us her own. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Pam’s Place for travelers looking for great value and a genuine connection with the local culture.

I love this bnb! this was my 2nd stay and won't be the last. whenever am traveling to mombasa this is my go to spot. the bnb is beautiful the decor is kool unique and stylish . the seller is the view!! it's what really draws me there each time. loaded with amenities pretty much everything you can think of is there. very comfortable sofa seating and bed. I literally have no complaints the only thing that could make it better is if it was in a more happening area but it's easy to get around with ubers. the host is amazing she always gets back to me with any concerns and rectified them. she definitely takes wanting us to have a good experience serious. pro tip . there is a store nearby on called food plus where you can get cases of water, snacks and even food stuff for cooking. the big thing is there is also a pharmacy and atm in that same Plaza. good to know because there is not an atm at the premises where you'll stay. cash is king.

Nice place, exactly like the photos and extremely helpful and responsive host. I only stayed for one night but it was seamless and very comfortable. Highly recommend the place.

I spent two nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I booked, Abdirahman was communicative and friendly, sharing clear arrival instructions and local tips that made my trip seamless. The space itself was immaculate and thoughtfully furnished. I loved the comfortable king-size bed, and the fully equipped kitchen that allowed me to prepare breakfast. The Wifi was good. The location is a bit out of the way from local central attractions, but I was using the space as layover on my way to Kilifi so I really didn’t mind. Plus it offered privacy and silence that I needed.

Marie's place was superb! We had an early arrival to Mombasa which Marie gladly accomodated. She was responsive and a phone call away incase we needed anything. Thank you Marie! We will visit again
