Cosy small studio apartment

Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 5-10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free paking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

Small studio in an isolated, old fashioned village over 1000 years old. Recommended for younger people because of the many stairs and slopes.The studio has a covered terrace, garden and barbecue. Bakar does not have a beach, but 10 minutes from the village there are all major tourist places and beaches. To get to Bakar and move around the surrounding villages and towns, you need a car. Bakar is not a tourist place, jusat a small port village. Please read all the info further in description.

Rustic, old and simple round house (former windmill) protected by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia. The house is a few minutes away from the center of town Cres. The beach is in front of the house, with a long promenade along the coast, including plenty of sports activities, especially for cycling. In the garden around the house there is a large cedar and local herbs that you can use in the kitchen. In the garden, guests enjoy the sunny places or the shade.
