Partially restored house with soul and atmosphere.

The house is located on a fruit farm with mountains and fjords as the nearest neighbor. Here, you live close to nature with bird singing and creeks. The main room is open and bright with a kitchenette and a chair. The kitchen is new in 2021 and harmonies with the timber walls from 1910. You can go to bed in the kitchen with dinner rest assured. In the living room there is a TV and desk for office work. On the ground floor there is a new bathroom with shower / wc and a laundry room with washing machine. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and a new bathroom. Baby cots for dishes.

Wooden top cabin on steel stand perfect for those who want to relax in the treetops and turn off their cell phone and listen to the birds chirp and the wind or total silence in the evening only interrupted by the Cat Owls. Great close contact with birds and fjord views in the winter months. Limited due to leaves on the trees in the summer but short way to walk to beautiful swamps and beach. Here you can also go for walks in the woods or on local peaks or on a day trip to Folgefonna Summer Ski Center. Trolltunga can also be a target if you want to go for a long trip.

Eden by the Hardangerfjord

Eden, charming home with your own private beach and garden. The house is by it self right next to the fjord, it has large windows with much light. Spectacular views gives you the feeling of nature up close. The nearest city is Bergen one hour away, approx 40 min to the glacier, and only 6 km to the nearest town with restaurants and shops, in town you also have free access to the lokal gym. Wonderful location, private and yet central, close to different activities and adventures .

Meisehaugen - charming cottage with nice outdoor area

Meisehaugen is a unique place. It is located in the middle of Norheimsund and Øystese. The road goes all the way up and there is parking behind the cabin. The view is great, with Folgefonna in the front. Oak forest and apple orchard frame the grounds and birds and flowers make the garden good to be in. The cabin with annex can house 7 adults. We also have a travel bed and chair for infants. The hiking possibilities are many, and it is easy to travel by car, bus and bike.

Cozy restored cottage of 45 m2 Kvamskogen. Large terrace with nice view of the mountain. Home TV with chromecast, Dvd, Wifi. Heat cables in floor in bath, hallway. The cabin does not have water, but there is a roof water system, storage of about 500 ltr and hot water 200 ltr. Works like running water. The rain fills the tamk in a few hours. If the tank goes empty - water can be collected in the river,or from the reserve tank.The cabin has a Cinderella combustion toilet.

Charming apartment with a splendid view over the Hardanger fjord and with a peaceful location at the end of the road. The apartment has a privat entrance and it's own outdoor sitting and bbq place. Homlagarden is only a 8 minutes’ drive from Norheimsund. Be welcome and always wake up to a beautiful view!
