You live 5 min from the airport and yet in nature. A few meters from the sea and a river running out into the sea here. Around the houses you can discover shortages of various animals. Reindeer often comes by. Moose can come by a quick trip. Otherwise, otters and weights will run around the houses. In the sea, seals and rare dolphins swim. A superb place to observe the Northern Lights - and if it is windless, it mirrors in the sea as well. When you want to visit Tromsø city center you reach there in 10 minutes- and by the bus, about 300 meters to walk.

Cozy central by Aurora spot

Hi! We are a family with a rental flat that is a detached part of the house, about 30 m2 in total . We are only five minutes from the airport with a taxi. Very cozy with a Scandinavian retro vibe! It is placed on top of the island, in walking distance to everything - the city, mall, food shops. And several bus connections are just a minute away, and will take you where you want. We live by a lake, and you walk to town in 25 minutes. We have parking available until October when the snow comes.

Koselig leilighet i 1. etg i enebolig som ligger i fredelig og rolig strøk sentralt på Kvaløysletta. En får en følelse av å nærmest bo på fjellet. Eiendommen grenser til friluftsareal i bakkant og har en fantastisk utsikt over Tromsdalstinden, Tromsøya, havet og fjellkjeden i Malangen. Kun 4,3 km fra Tromsø Lufthavn, en kjøretur på ca. 8-10 min. Ca 10 min. å gå til matvarebutikker og apotek. Gode bussforbindelser og et magisk tur- terreng rett utenfor husdøren både sommer- og vinters- tid.

Du kan ta på deg skiene og gå rett ut bak huset og opp i ferdi preparerte skiløyper som også er belyste- eller gå opp fjellene for randonee etc. Denne villaen har egen takterrasse med fantastisk utsikt.
