Great house at a very nice place. The house has everything you need and is very spacious. We would recommend staying here if you are looking for a central place at Vesteralen.

We had a lovely stay at Beatte & Håvard's cabin. They made us feel right at home including special touches like having a few toys for our 6 year old. The location was magical and our only regret is that we only booked for 4 nights instead of longer. Everything is set up to be cozy and peaceful. They had great recommendations for local hikes and went above and beyond to answer our questions. Definitely recommend!

Within ~1 year, this place got 20 five-star reviews. The only reason it hasn't crossed 50 is: Sortland is less popular than mainland Lofoten. The place is not only handled with, but also designed with utmost care. Originally built in 1934, every corner of it carries a meaning that not even an unwatchful guest can ignore. There is family heritage, and there is just the right amount of it. That's where the comfort begins. Living room is smaller than its photos. But with modern furniture & a smart TV, you never run out of indulgence. Kitchen & barbecue hut are well-equipped with utensils and tools for all types of cooking. Bedrooms are comfy, and just right for the cosy cuddles. The grassy, lush outside with a private beach is kept free of bugs by hosts. You can't get enough of the hot tub under starry/green sky! The best part is the proactive hosts who promply fulfill all unmet needs. The house, with all its warmth, keeps luring you. A tough fight against luscious Lofoten!

Wir hatten eine wirklich sehr gute Zeit in der Unterkunft. Rune/Yngvar waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist toll eingerichten und liegt schön ruhig. Ich kann nicht einen einzigen negativen Punkt berichten. Ich kann die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank

Alex ist der perfekte Gastgeber! Das Haus ist traumhaft und die Umgebung wunderschön! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und konnten wunderbar der Alltag hinter uns lassen. Es ist alles so unkompliziert und entspannt! Die Kommunikation war großartig und es fehlte an nichts. Da Alex auch Ausflüge anbietet, ist er die perfekte Wahl für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub auf den Vesterålen. Mit seiner Freundlichkeit, zuvorkommenden und offenen Art, Humor und den Geschichten über Land und Leute hat er den Aufenthalt noch verfeinert. Danke für Alles! Bleib so, wie Du bist! Stayed for 6 weeks for a workation! Loved the cozy house and there is so much to do and see in the surroundings. Great place to explore Vesteralen and Lofoten. Communication with Sigrun was great and she always gave us some nice tips! Would gladly come again ☺️

We verbleven 2 nachten in het verblijf van Hans. Het is een supergezellige hut met een prachtig uitzicht. ook de jacuzzi is echt zalig! Het is rustig gelegen en de ideale uitvalsbasis voor een trip in de Vesterålen. Wij komen hier zeker terug wanneer we opnieuw in de regio zouden zijn!

Hadde gleden av å være her en helg. Veldig hyggelig vert, veldig fleksibel og vennlig. Leiligheten var kjempekoselig, ren og hadde nydelig utsikt. Vi kunne ikke hatt det bedre her, og kommer nok tilbake. Verten var tilgjengelig på melding og svarte raskt når vi hadde spørsmål. Takk for en super helg!

Erland was a great Host and the house was perfect for a group of five. The house was clean and spacious, the sauna was fantastic aswell. The landscape around ist very beautiful, but you always have long drives for daytrips.

Beautiful location above the lake, the terrace just above it. Cozy cabin with everything you need, the super crisp lake water and fast responses from owners saved our night! Has a fireplace, wood and an electric heater even!

Eine super schöne Unterkunft in einer total ruhigen und abgeschiedenen Gegend. Perfekt zum runterkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung für eine entspannten Urlaub. Super ausgestattetes Haus. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen!

Fantastisk utsikt!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen! Die Gegend ist wirklich sehr ruhig und es kommt meilenweit nur schöne Natur. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht um zu entspannen und den wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Wasser zu genießen. Wer es schätzt eine zeitlang abgelegen zu leben und die Vesterålen zu erkunden ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben :)

Mooie hut, met alles er op en eraan. We werden verrast door de een pak koffie bij aankomst. Rustige en mooie locatie. Geweldige tijd gehad. Zeker aan te bevelen.

Das Häuschen ist ein wahres Bijoux, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet und wunderschön gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit Linda war ebenfalls sehr angenehm und sie hat uns hilfreiche und klare Anweisungen gegeben. Einen Aufenthalt können wir sehr empfehlen und es ist gut möglich, dass wir selber wieder mal kommen. 😊

We’ve had a very pleasant stay at Trudes place! The cabin has everything you need inside, bathroom and kitchen are modern and the oven makes it extra cozy. We enjoyed the view over the small bay below and our dog loved to roam the garden. Trude was exceptionally friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our time at her home! We would come back anytime!
