Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kutchan, Abuta District

This was one of the beautifully constructed Airbnbs we have stayed in, so it was a great pleasure to be able to have experienced living here! There’s a lot of space within the comfortable Airbnb and lots of nooks and cranny that makes it a very comfortable stay. Everything looks even prettier and better in person!

The neighborhood is densely populated with luxurious residential streets, not far from the main street. It's really quiet and peaceful. The accommodation is tidy and full of big windows to enjoy the surrounding landscape. It is full of necessary furniture and facilities, and will be guided with a friendly explanation that is easy to understand. Above all, the parking facilities are convenient, and there is even an elevator that is easy to move your luggage. What a wonderful place to stay and we definitely hope to use it again.

A great place nestled in nature, only a shory drive away from the town Noboribetsu. Equipped with any things to play with.

Beautiful and expansive! Excellent views of the Hirafu runs on a clear day. Pristine with modern amenities. Large common space. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Host is very helpful with local recommendations!

Satomi is a very friendly host. She provided all the accommodation information in detail and also enthusiastically helped us find local restaurants that offer vegetarian meals! As for the house, everything was as described and shown in the photos. We were very happy to have the opportunity to experience living in an old Japanese house in Otaru, which is a very rare experience! Thank you Satomi for your persistence in traditional Japanese culture and warm reception!

Was nice and very tasteful in design. The stay was really enjoyable

Location was great. Near Odori and Susukino but in a less busy area so it was quiet at night. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The hosts were nice and gave clear instructions on how to find their place. They also allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment since we arrived before check-in. Overall, we had a great time at their place.

Nihonvita san & Luliia were great host! The moment you step into the house, you feel at home. They provided more than the basic essentials we need from cooking to toiletries. Their service exceeded my expectation and is the best Airbnb throughout my stay in Hokkaido!

This is a space where you can feel the personality and sensibility of the host everywhere.As pictured, there are more landscapes and spaces than photos.The center of Otaru is about a 30-minute drive away.I didn't go this time, but it is also about 30 minutes to Sapporo, so I recommend it as one of the hubs for a rental car trip to Hokkaido.

Hosts responded promptly to our questions. They were welcoming! Place itself was homey and well kept. Very close to the station and some major attractions of the area. Recommend for first time goers or returning tourists!

As a couple, we had an amazing and cozy stay. The host was super friendly and welcoming, and the room was really spacious and had all the fancy stuff you could want. It was so comfortable to stay on level 33 and have a beautiful view of the city.

The unit/apartment is very safe. It was near the train station,supermarket,7/11. The space is clean and big. The toilet and shower area is clean. I feel home during my stay .Host is responsive everytime I have question.

I used it in a room coming to Hokkaido from Korea. The host was kind, and I didn't feel like there was anything lacking in facilities. There is also a bus stop right in front of the house, but since it is a trip to Hokkaido, it was really nice that parking was provided for a rental car. Geographically, downtown Sapporo, Jozankei, and Otaru are all within easy reach, so I recommend using a rental car.

I am a frequent traveller and stayed in plenty of Airbnbs. This is the best Airbnb that I have stayed in Japan. The condition is even better than the photos, and place is pristine clean and the facilities inside is top class (massage chair, tv with Netflix, kitchen that is well equipped, the heating is great, and the washrooms are perfect). It has the most amazing view, free parking right outside the door, the neighbourhood is safe. It is within a 5 min drive to the high street of Otaru, and within a 15 min walk to nearby restaurants and city center. For people with elderly please note there's a walk up a somewhat steep slope to return home, but if you are driving you can park right outside the door.

A nice place to stay for vacation, very clean and cosy.
