Anri has a beautiful garden to dine outside in the evening. Too bad we didn't have more time to spend in Kutaisi.

Irakli was so flexible that we were able to check in very late in the night because our flight was delayed. it's a great location to check out Kutaisi by foot. recommend!

Очень приятная квартирка на первом этаже в центре Кутаиси. Тихий закуток, притом недалеко от дороги. В квартире есть абсолютно все до мелочей, что может потребоваться путешественнику (сушилка для белья, утюг, стиральная машина и т.д.). Две удобных больших кровати. Высокие потолки (метра 4). Magda порекомендовала мне отличное место, где я смог продегустировать и купить шикарное вино. Я буду рад гостить здесь ещё!

La casa è grande e si trova in una zona tranquilla. Ho amato la posizione proprio al lato del fiume, vicinissimo al white bridge. Bellissimo poter ascoltare il suono dell’acqua del fiume e poter vedere il white bridge dal letto della camera.

We enjoyed our time in the apartment, very close to all places we wanted to go while in Kutaisi, walkable. Had everything we would need for a short stay. The apartment had basic amenities for cooking. All other utilities worked well for us. It was very clean, just as we liked it. The balcony was special, though noisy from the traffic below.

Расположение удобное рядом магазины, вокзал. Отдельное спасибо хозяину за гостеприимство и внимательность! Быстро отвечал на вопросы. Обязательно вернемся снова и рекомендуем это жилье другим путешественникам!

Шикарная квартира. Очень новая, чистая, с отличным видом на город и горы. Есть гостиная, спальня, рабочий кабинет и очень просторная ванная. В квартире есть все: от перчаток до отвёртки и пылесоса. Нам прям очень понравилось! Хозяин также максимально отзывчивый и помог во всем. Спасибо, рекомендую!

الشقة جميلة و نظيفة و موجودة في مبنى جديد و جميع اثاث الشقة جديد و مطابقة للصور و مساحتها واسعه و بالإضافة البلكونه إطلالة على شارعين المنطقة هادئة ليلاً و حيوية فالنهار يوجد اكثر من سوبرماركت قريب من المبنى و المنطقة سكنية على شارع عام موقعها بالنسبة لي كان ممتاز قريب من مركز المدينة و قريب من المطار جميع ما يحتاجه المسافر موجود فالشقة " ملاحظة لكبار السن لا يوجد مصعد اما للشباب لا اعتقد ان الموضوع قد يؤثر على اختيارك للشقة .

I stayed in the apartment for only 1 night, but everything was excellent. Clean towels, apartment and bathroom. It's just great, nothing to add.

Staying here was great! Lela was always responsive when I was checking in and when I needed anything. She even let me check in a couple of hours early. I would definitely stay here again!

Where do I even start? Mate is probably one of the best, if not the best, host I have dealt with. He is very kind, attentive, patient and understanding. Now the place itself is great value for money, especially for one person (and even for up to 2 people I'd say as well), such a huge amount of space, separate kitchen, bedroom and living quarter. It has a desk, a nice bed, a nicely stocked kitchen with practically everything you need. Decent internet speeds and hot water available all day too. The area is really nice too, so peaceful, easy to get to around by Bolt taxi. Lots of useful stores nearby for groceries, medicine, etc. all within walking distance. All in all, do not hesitate to book this lovely place in Kutaisi, it is worth it in every single way. 10/10, 5 star experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm so happy to choose this apartment, very nice place center of the town, you can walk anywhere, very good restaurants and bakery the host is amazing very helpful, and sweet, highly recommend this place. I will definitely stay in this apartment again

Very cozy place! Great location, everything was near. But on the other hand there was a lots of privacy and it was quiet. Everything looked exactly like on the pictures. Host was really friendly and communication was easy.
