The outbuilding has a wood-burning sauna and a sleeping loft with a double bed. (Bath barrel extra charge). Gas grill and wood-fired grill can be found in the yard and you can sit under the lean-to. Easy to get to by public transport. Skating rink in Vesankajärvi in winter and a sledding track. Disc golf course Vesala monttu 2 km, Petäjävesi 20 km. Laajavuori 9 km.

The illuminated outdoor recreation area of Touruvuori is nearby, and there is a convenience store almost next door. Palokka shopping centre is 2 km away.
