Our group of friends celebrated our 30-year high school reunion Sosa. This enchanting resort exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in the woods, this 120+ year old Kerala Tharavadu-style house offers a quaint, no-frills getaway from the city's hustle and bustle. The resort's rustic charm is beautifully preserved, with minimal essential upgrades that maintain its authenticity. Take a stroll through the woods and discover the serene river, perfect for a refreshing bath. The real star of the show is Manager George, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From waking us up for a river visit to arranging a massive dinner delivery, George's hospitality was exceptional. While the resort has an open kitchen, we recommend exploring local eateries, like the nearby Chaaya Kada for breakfast, and ordering lunch/dinner from KPM Residency. *Note: 3rd bedroom in outhouse*. Overall, this resort is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, rustic retreat without unnecessary frills

The house is spacious, clean and well maintained. It can accommodate good number of people. Sufficient aminities are provided such as extra beds, pillows, soaps, towels, kitchen utensils etc. The location is peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at The Wilsons! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely delightful. The property is situated at an impressive elevation, offering stunning views that truly took our breath away. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into maintaining the place—it’s beautifully designed and exceptionally well-kept. A special mention to Mr. Vivin, who was a truly outstanding host. He was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was serene, and we felt completely rejuvenated during our stay. This was easily one of the best stays we've ever had, highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!

We had a pleasant stay here. Sreerag and his family were great hosts. Their hospitality was remarkable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the feeling of a home away from home!

my stay here was so lovely! their home is tucked away in a tranquil village surrounded by rice paddy fields and lots of lush greenery. the space itself was beautifully decorated, quietly charming and came equipped with all the essentials. i truly felt right at home here, and was very content spending most hours of the day lounging, reading and writing in my room. i equally enjoyed my evening walks along the paddy fields watching farmers tend to their fields and strolling through the bustling town market as the sun set. both the hosts took such great care of me - made incredible vegan meals, graciously extended seconds and always ensured that my needs were looked after. the warm homemade meals were truly my favourite, each meal was a beautifully curated array of flavours from all over india paired with really nice wine! overall, this was a serene experience, mostly made possible by the very warm and caring hosts :) thank you so much for the wonderful stay, see you guys again!

We had a fantastic stay. The place was comfortable, and the neighborhood was pleasant. The house was as described, with all listed amenities. If you are looking for a place with a serene atmosphere and fresh air, this is the place. Bharathapuzha and a few temples are within walking distance. The host was very responsive. The caretaker, Kuttan Chettan, was super helpful. He provided delicious Kerala food at a nominal price. We would love to come back here. NB: You can enjoy beautiful paintings too.
