It was a great experience staying at this place. The place was very specious and clean. Host was very cooperative. Very suitable for families to stay. Overall, a very nice stay indeed.

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa along the seashore, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The Villa: The highlight was definitely the spacious private balcony overlooking the sea. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee with that view was pure bliss. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and designed for comfort, blending modern amenities with a coastal vibe. Location: Nestled right by the shore, it’s perfect for a peaceful retreat. You can literally step out and walk along the beach at any time. Food: If you love authentic Konkani cuisine, this place is a dream. Every meal was a delight—fresh seafood, local spices, and home-style cooking that reminded me of traditional coastal kitchens. Hospitality: The hosts were incredibly pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us as we traveled with our dog. The staff offered excellent service—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.

We, Senior citizen couple, wanted peaceful and blissful stay. Our requirement met 100 percent. House Keeper Kiran took our care very nicely. The Auto chap Raju Tondwalkar who picked up from Kudal Railway Station, liked by us so much that even we use his services to drop us at Kankavali. Malvan is a beautiful town not yet fully commercialized. Our observation the beaches are calm, clean, safer than Goa. There are about 7/8 beaches near by and every where you can see watery land. Place is a feast for fish lovers at reasonable cost. We recommend this place to visit with family as alternate to Goa. Thank you Mr n Mrs Kranti Talwar to make our stay comfortable n memorable.

Rajwardhan's farm is a huge property, and ideal for those who are seeking serenity. He along with his staff are super hospitable and make sure your are having a good time. Its a thoughtfully planned and managed place, clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful villa and landscaping, yummy food and excellent service. Waking up to Chirping of birds, spotting peacocks, strolling around the farm, and the River around the farm are some of the super awesome experiences. For agro enthusiast they have many varieties of crops and also a hydrophonics section. There is no/ limited mobile network coverage there...a boon in disguise.

This was my first time visiting Sindhugurga region and we had booked this place for 2 days and we wish we could stay for more days. Akshay the host is probably the best host i have come across out of all the air bnb’s i have been to. Amazing and very welcoming family. The place was serene and looked even more beautiful and peaceful than the photos. Cleanliness was spot on and the place had a homely vibes and in a true sense is a home stay. For the 2 days we stayed we had our dinner over there itself. Akshay’s uncle who is a senior citizen made sure to buy fresh fish for us and travelled to market to get it on both the days which shows how good the hospitality we were blessed with. The food we ordered was superb and it was made by the family itself. I will be visiting this place again this year. The family is very welcoming and treated us not as guest but as their own family which was really overwhelming. Wish had more than 5 stars to give.

Sandip's place is as shown in the pictures. All the rooms are very neat and clean and has all the basic amenities. It has ample parking space. Special mention to the delicious home cooked food that was served by Sandip and his family. You can also request if you want to eat any malvani speciality. Overall had a very pleasant experience.

good responsive man Mr Vikram. everything was sorted smoothly , breakfast ,dinner, guide to all sightseeing, we booked for two days but left in a day for other destination as guided by Mr Vikram

The reason we chose this homestay in konkan despite having multiple other options on the malvan side is we wanted to experience the typical “Konkani-Stay” and this is what exactly we found in Jayant Kaka’s home stay. The house is well preserved and maintained and you get that homely feel. Surroundings are peaceful, away from the chaos still near to the local market. Mithbhav beach is 5 mins away from the place. Me and my family really loved this place. Jayant is a full of experiences and love to help is in all the possible ways. If you are looking for something different apart from regular hotel stays and want to experience the homely feeling then this is the place.
