Cosy, quiet place. very spacious room. clean and well kept. building felt very secure. 7-11 was just around the corner. very comfortable stay. would recommend!

exellent service, the room is comfortable. i got a free transfer from the airport and drop off at the nearest train station, the driver was so kind to help us.

Mimiko was the perfect host. Her place is immaculate, with modern amenities. The rooms are very comfortable and it had anything we could need. It’s a short walk to the train station, supermarket, and shops. Also a short taxi ride to The Makuhari Messe if you don’t feel like taking the train. We were in town for Star Wars Celebration and loved our experience. We would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity to visit Japan. Thanks, Mimiko!

Good location if you need to go to the airport the next day.

It's the best spot to surf.You'll walk to the surf spot right away.There is a shower outside even after you come back, so it is very convenient.

It was a very nice place to stay! They welcomed me with a warm message board, and I felt at ease in a nice old house with a sauna. The water pressure, temperature control, cleanliness, and size of the bath were excellent and very smooth. It might have been a coincidence, but they also provided new supplies such as sponges, and there were no hygiene issues at all. Hosts were quick and welcoming, and we had a great trip!If you're a sauna lover, you'll be very satisfied!

Our host was absolutely amazing. He always responded very quickly. He sent us recommendations of places to eat and nearby attractions. He also went above and beyond by helping us with forwarding our luggage to our next accommodation. The process was a bit confusing for me, but he offered to help with it and we got everything taken care of right away. I recommend everyone book their stays with him. Thank you very much Kyoko. Your house is wonderful and you are very accommodating and provided great service from picking us up from the airport to your home and back to the airport. She provided transportation to the train station and it is walking also to the temple which we ended staying and exploring Narita temple and it's surroundings. Enjoyed our grill eel lunch at one of the oldest restaurants. Thanks again and I highly recommended Kyoko's house.

It was a very nice space, and we had a pleasant stay with a lot of equipment.I had children with me, so the kids space and fireworks allowed were helpful.The rooftop is also large and has a great view! It was also helpful to hear back from you right away. Please let me use it again.
