The place is ideal for friends, sport enthusiasts and couples. Hiking trails and restaurants are very close to the apartment. The "Egon Schiele" double room is located on the first floor of the Art Nouveau villa and is furnished in the same style. The bedroom is equipped with a satellite TV, minibar, desk, and wardrobe. The local tax of €2.20 per person, per night, is charged separately on-site.

At the foot of Tyrol Castle, just outside Merano, our farm is surrounded by its own vineyards. In a very short time, the Tappeinerweg, the Waalweg, but also the old town of Merano can be reached. The farm appears to have been mentioned in a document for the first time in 1323. A mighty round arch vault and iron doors still bear witness to the time.
