The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

In the entrance area, there is an open wardrobe and a bench. The bathroom features a great shower and a toilet with bidet. In the living area, there is a kitchen with essential amenities, a dining area, and a large sofa bed (180x 200 cm). In the bedroom, there is a large double bed (180x 200 cm) and an open wardrobe.

The place is ideal for friends, sport enthusiasts and couples. Hiking trails and restaurants are very close to the apartment. A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. The mansion offers a south-side balcony and an impressive panoramic view across Merano and the Valle d'adige. Despite the Villa being located on the hill, it takes only 15 minutes by foot to get to the center of Merano.

Apartment with terrace on farm in Merano

At the foot of Tyrol Castle, just outside Merano, our farm is surrounded by its own vineyards. In a very short time, the Tappeinerweg, the Waalweg, but also the old town of Merano can be reached. The farm appears to have been mentioned in a document for the first time in 1323. A mighty round arch vault and iron doors still bear witness to the time.
