We want to offer outdoor enthusiasts and sports lovers the perfect place to stay. This includes a bright and cozily furnished apartment in a rural style and our location on the Roßfeldhöhenringsstraße as an ideal starting point for countless hiking and cycling tours as well as the immediate proximity to the Rossfeld ski slope.

Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The open living and kitchen area invites you to social evenings, while the three lovingly designed bedrooms ensure a restful night's sleep. With modern furnishings, a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub and two separate toilets, the apartment offers maximum comfort. Ideally located for hiking, skiing and culinary experiences.

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful scenery. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, the tiled stove, the quiet location, terrace, a fantastic view. My place is ideal for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.
