Mano’s responsiveness and help was remarkable. The house is quite comfortable for up to 8 people. It has everything you want and makes you feel like home! The only two things worth mentioning are: 1) There are a lot of mosquitoes in the area, making it difficult to enjoy the fantastic yard of the house and discouraging everyone needing to go outside for any reason. Having equipped the house with both inside and outside mosquitoes repellents would be a quite important “plus”. 2) The yard is not fully fenced in, so if someone has a dog that tends to wander or does not have good recall, they can easily get outside of the premises of the house.

We had a great time at Elia House! The house was spotless, very tidy, and exactly as shown in the photos, modern and comfortable . From the very beginning, we felt at home. The location is very convenient for excursions in the area and is also next to the beach which is accessible on foot and is all sandy. We visited the beach, Ancient Olympia which is very close, we went for a walk in Caiaphas and enjoyed the nature. There are also several villages and taverns for nice food and relaxation in the surrounding area. Georgia, the host, was very friendly and helpful as she was always willing to help us with anything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely go back since it is just 3 hours from Athens. We recommend it to anyone who wants a calm and beautiful stay in Ilia and visit Ancient Olympia.

Christos' home in Krestena is a unique opportunity to experience village life with all the comforts. The house is squeaky clean, organized, comfortable, has good wifi performance, & above all offers the lovely view it advertises. The village is lively & right in the middle of many fascinating locations 20 minutes in all directions with alpine hikes literally outside the door. A visit in spring is a further benefit as the verdant landscape is splashed with colorful wildflowers. We felt comfortable allowing our pre-teen to wander the streets of the village on his own. There is a KTEL station in the town so no need for a car but preferable to explore the wider area. One note: since the area where the house is built on the mountain slope is in an older part of town, the streets are narrow. When arriving at the house for the first time, make sure to follow Christos' instructions rather than the GPS. And for some of the best bread we've had in a long time, head to Spyropoulos Bakery.

Kostas accommodation is simply perfect for a short stay in Olympia. Everything within walking distance. We particularly liked that there are two great restaurants directly at the accommodation and you - although quietly located - are only one street away from the main street. So you could go for a nice stroll in the evening, after the bus tourists had left. Kostas greeted us personally, assigned us a parking space and is super friendly. He gives good tips for exploring or can tell you about Greek history. This saved us a guide at the excavation site. In addition, parking on the street is super safe, even with luggage in the car. Absolutely recommended accommodation. Thank you Kostas!

Very quiet and private location, only a 1 min walk to the beach with no other people around (during may). Clean place and nice host 😊

Spacious and beautiful house, with an unbeatable location near the beach. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped. Sophia, Nick’s mother, warmly welcomed us (she even baked a cake!) and gave us great tips about the area. We were allowed to use the SUP, the loungers with shade, and the outdoor shower was very convenient. Dinner with a view of the sea was fantastic. For light sleepers: the neighbor’s dog woke us a few times at night.

We had a truly relaxing stay at Agrilos Seafront Serenity. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warm and inviting atmosphere of this beautiful home. The living space was comfortable and cozy, with a fireplace that made our evenings extra special. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals and enjoy them on the lovely verandas. We especially loved the west-facing veranda with its incredible sea views and sunsets—absolutely unforgettable. The east-facing veranda was a peaceful spot to sip our morning coffee surrounded by the sounds of nature. The location is fantastic for exploring the surrounding area, with beautiful beaches just a short drive away. The small harbor beach was perfect for quick dips, while Stomio Beach and Lagouvardos were wonderful for day trips. We also appreciated the quiet charm of the village itself, with its awesome taverna and café-bar.
