The apartment is bright with parquet floors, has a fully equipped kitchenette, private toilet and shower directly adjacent to the apartment. Access to garden in the southwest with beautiful views/evening sun over Lake Växjö. You can quickly and easily get down to the lake for a walk, a swim or a restaurant visit.

Close to everything from this centrally-located place. About 1 km from Växjö city center, our basement apartment is located on a quiet residential street. Proximity to sporting events and sports arenas. You will be staying in your own apartment with your own entrance, a double bed 180 cm and a sofa bed. The sofa bed is suitable for one adult or two children as it is only 115 cm wide. Toilet in private bathroom as well as shower and laundry room in another room. Newly renovated kitchen and shower room. Bedlinen and towels are not included.

The sofa in the living room is 90 cm wide and 175 cm long. There is no window in the bedroom. The stairs are steep, but walkable. The apartment is in a garage building.

Open plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed and view of the patio and the fields outside.
