Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

This guest house has an exclusive location with its own bathing path (200 m) down to Finnsjön, where a rowing boat is also included. There are nice swimming areas, exercise trails, illuminated trails, outdoor gym, cycling and hiking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! Only 15 minutes by car into central Gothenburg. You live in a newly produced house of 36 sqm with room for 2-4 people and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/flakes are included. During the high season May-September, only reservations for a minimum of 2 people are accepted.

The apartment is located on the first floor, small staircase up to the entrance, seven steps. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with the most basic kitchen appliances for simple cooking, dishwasher & microwave. Kitchen table & four chairs. Bedroom: Double bed 180 cm, chair, desk, two stools, wardrobes, floor mirror, chest of drawers. Living room: Sofa, table, armchair, cabinet, TV bench, TV. Bed 140 cm. Small hall with hooks. Toilet & shower and bathroom cabinet. Hair dryer. Air mattress is available as an extra bed, filled via electrical outlet.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Come and stay in our newly built guest house in a quiet villa oasis near central Gothenburg. There is both a tram and bus within a 5-minute walk that takes you quickly to the city center or Liseberg. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction stove, oven and dishwasher. There is a relatively large bathroom with shower and washing machine and a sleeping loft with a double bed. The sleeping loft is reached via a narrow staircase and there is not standing height up in the loft. There is room for one car in our driveway.

Cozy and fresh one-bedroom apartment close to large grocery stores, tram stop, natural area and Liseberg. If you have a car, you can easily get to the Delsjö area or to the sea for a swim. Näset, Smithiska Udden or Fiskebäck are 10 minutes away. The apartment is complete with everything you can wish for. There is a 140 cm bed and a comfortable sofa you can make up. Parking and internet included. If you take the car here, you also do not have to drive through the city center and all the complicated traffic.

The tram stop is just a 5 minute walk (500m) from the apartment. If you wish to take the bus to the greener parts of town, the bus stop is only 170m from your accommodation.
