Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Wellanidia Cottage, Mani

Wellanidia Cottage is a small stone house (about 35 square meters) which is almost completely crowned by an ancient oak tree. The guest house is located on a 1600 sqm property, which is located opposite the village of Skoutari. In the immediate vicinity is my tower house and further down on the property a pottery workshop. You are totally on your own here and neither from the village nor from the surrounding path can you see the terrace area. The view of the Aegean Sea is unobstructed

The Ridgehouse

Ridgehouse is a uniquely elegant accommodation overlooking Mount Taygetos. Ridgehouse provides free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a stove, and a terrace with access to the courtyard. "Valavani House" is a spacious stone house literally on the sea. It is a two-storey house with an indoor and outdoor staircase. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms with direct sea view and two bedrooms at the back of the house. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and another bathroom, a comfortable living room and a dining area with a breathtaking view of the sea, as if you were on a ship.
