Create new memories in this unique and family-friendly home with proximity to fantastic nature and rich wildlife! The farmhouse is located on the edge of the farm with private parking and a large patio. The village of Jämjö is 2 kilometers away, where there is a shop, gas station and proximity to the sea. Bicycles are available to borrow on the farm. Just outside the door is Ådalen and nearby a lighted exercise track. A small farm shop is also available where it is possible to buy the breakfast eggs! The cottage is located right next to the Baltic Sea, outside Bergkvara located midway between Kalmar and Karlskrona with about 4 miles to each cities (about 25 minutes by car). The cottage was finished in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you can imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150m from the cottage there is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming bridges and raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.

Smålandstorpet

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

Now you have the opportunity to enjoy our lovely paradise, which is located between two award-winning summer towns, namely between Kalmar and Karlskrona. The small house is located with a car journey of about 30 minutes to both cities. As you can imagine, there are plenty of different excursion destinations. If you extend your trip to Kalmar, you will also reach pleasant Öland.

Welcome to our nice, newly renovated cottage (no. 4) at Nissamåla gård, which is located together with three other cottages with beautiful views of the meadows. New bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette for self-catering and large windows facing the paddocks where sheep and sometimes wild animals can be seen grazing. Enjoy the sun on the tree deck with something good from the charcoal grill or hang out with our social chickens and sheep. Final cleaning SEK 500, bed linen + towels SEK 150/set.

The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Det är en lägenhet med havsutsikt och närhet till naturskyddsområde med vackra stigar. Det finns tillgång till hav med möjlighet att bada 50m från lägenheten. Vi har även en gästsuga på tomten som syns i bild, den heter Panorama archipelago. Våran huvud bostad som ligger vägg i vägg går att hyra när vi är iväg ”Villa panorama” båda går att hyra på Airbnb.

Two kilometers to the holiday idyll Kristianopel where there are grocery, restaurants, bathing, entertainment etc.

Välkomna till Bredäng, en oas på den Blekingska kusten. Området är lugnt och lantligt med vackra omgivningar. Vår lilla mysiga stuga ligger ca 800 meter från badbrygga och havet. I anslutning till stugan finns en härlig trädgård med grillplats, trädgårdsmöbler och allmänning där bil kan parkeras gratis. Stugan är nyrenoverad på insidan och bjuder på enkel, lantlig och god komfort. Mindre än en kilometer bort finns Björkenäs camping med strand och kiosk.
