In the dream there is a fully equipped kitchen, wood stove, two bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub and cozy patios. The dream lies just outside the ancient Kristianopel. Walking distance to the village. In Kristianopel there is a restaurant, grocery store, shops and swimming area. Also close to Blomlöfs Rökeri. Fish restaurant and shop. Also close to Karlskrona.

Create new memories in this unique and family-friendly home with proximity to fantastic nature and rich wildlife! The farmhouse is located on the edge of the farm with private parking and a large patio. The village of Jämjö is 2 kilometers away, where there is a shop, gas station and proximity to the sea. Bicycles are available to borrow on the farm. Just outside the door is Ådalen and nearby a lighted exercise track. A small farm shop is also available where it is possible to buy the breakfast eggs! Welcome to this fresh and cozy cottage in scenic Bergkvara, just a few hundred meters from the sea. Cozy plot with room for play, food and socializing. The cottage has 5 sleeping places divided into two bedrooms. With a short walk you are down by the swimming area, where there is also kiosk, restaurant and mini golf. Torsås, where necessary shops are located, is reached by car, about 10 minutes. Daily activities are close by such as child-friendly beach, boat trip to Garpen's lighthouse, hiking trails along the coast, and more.

The cottage is located right next to the Baltic Sea, outside Bergkvara located midway between Kalmar and Karlskrona with about 4 miles to each cities (about 25 minutes by car). The cottage was finished in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you can imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150m from the cottage there is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming bridges and raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.
