Unser familienfreundliches Ferienhaus, auf unserem kleinen Bauernhof, liegt in sehr sonniger und ruhiger Lage in Ortsnähe, im Wandergebiet Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau).Die Keltenstadt Hallein erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in ca. 20 min., die Mozartstadt Salzburg in ca. 30 min. und das nächste Skigebiet in 40 min. Diverse Sommer- und Winterwanderwege/Badeseen laden ein, die schöne Umgebung in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Auch 2026 erhalten meine Gäste die Tennengau Card und Mobilitäts Ticket per EMail.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

From this centrally located accommodation, you can walk to the old town of Salzburg within 10 minutes. A bus stop is 100 m away. The apartment is 27 square meters and is generously divided. The bathroom has a shower, double sink, towel dryer, hairdryer and illuminated cosmetic mirror. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, an elevator is available. A carport parking space can be rented separately, otherwise a parking space is available depending on availability.
