With 50m² and 2.5 rooms, the apartment offers electric blinds, free Wi-Fi and a parking space in the underground garage. There is a spacious terrace, a modern bathroom with shower and a modern living-dining area with great kitchen. Home office is of course possible. The proximity to Germany, Lake Constance and the mountains rounds off the stay in our apartment. We look forward to seeing you!

Our lovingly furnished apartment on the top floor (2nd floor) in a 3-party house. This apartment is suitable for 2-6 people (there is a surcharge/person/night for occupancy with more than 4 people). 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each (160 × 200 cm), 1 day bed (90 × 200 cm) in the red passage room, a sofa bed (120 × 190 cm) in the living room Peaceful yet centrally located. Bus stop to the lake or train station (5 min) or to Constance (9 min) in about 100 m distance.

Time-out in the Wöschhüsli

The Wöschhüsli, built in 1861, offers dreamy accommodation for singles and couples in a good location. The two rooms measure about 40 m² and the outdoor area in the courtyard and the garden is often used. The mini kitchen with a small fridge and two hotplates is well equipped for an extensive, warm breakfast. The location is absolutely central, close to the lake, close to the old town of Konstanz and an ideal starting point for bike shopping bathing sightseeing tours.

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Die stilvoll eingerichtete, zentral gelegene Wohnung ist der ideale Startpunkt um die Konstanzer Altstadt, den Bodensee und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Direkt an der Fußgängerzone aber im hinteren Teil des Hauses, verhältnismäßig ruhig gelegen, lädt die Wohnung im zweiten Obergeschoss gleichzeitig dazu ein, sich in gemütlicher Atmosphäre zurückzuziehen und zu entspannen.
