It is conveniently located en-route between Graz and Vienna, amidst Styria's volcanic springs & spas.

The 70m² big house is located at a bike path and hiking path and it´s the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with up to 5 people. For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

Bring the whole family and relax in this special, quiet, and generous space. A stairlift and disabled sanitary facilities clear this property barrier. You will find climbing castle, sandbox, parking spaces for bicycles, toys and books. Cycling to the seaside resort or visit the castle. The nearest spa is only 30 minutes away by car and the Zotter Schokoladen Manufaktur can be reached on foot in 20 minutes via the pleasure hiking trail.

In addition, there is also an infrared sauna with space for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and a toilet (both of which are accessible from the outside).
