Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kralendijk

Had an incredible stay in Bonaire. We rented the entire house and loved having our meals outside. Couldn't recommend this location higher, the photos don't do it justice. Also the convenience of the dive shop next door cannot be beat.

We had an excellent stay here. The hosts, Alexandra & Jan, were very responsive & helpful with the check-in & check-out, as well as other questions that came up during our stay. The apartment had great amenities, we especially enjoyed the pool and having a washing machine.

De woning is qua locatie zeer goed. Het centrum, winkels, restaurants etc. Alles is beloopbaar ongeveer 10 minuten lopen. Alles in de woning qua voorzieningen zijn er. De interieur van de woning vond ik mooi, met de hoge plafonds. Evenals de ruimtes in alle kamers zijn groot. Ik heb een ontspannende tijd gehad in een rustige omgeving. Dank je wel Ruthgainy.

Gert is very friendly. The Place is in a great location and only about a 1 minute walk to the Ocean (and dive site "the Cliff"). There is a grocery store right across the street also. It gets dusty in Bonaire with the Trade Wind blowing all the time so if you are staying for a long period ask Gert about a house cleaner (he knows someone with very reasonably rates). Parking can be tough during business hours (lots of workers around) so be patient. Lots of parking tends to be available after 3-4pm. For digital nomads... Internet is 27.5 down/5.5 up on average (we had no trouble with video meetings). I will stay there again!!

We loved our stay at Casa Grande. The view was amazing and we had some beautiful sunsets. Paula and her husband were so welcoming and helpful. The dive patio was excellent and the beds were so comfortable. We especially enjoyed the location, right around the corner from Dive Friends Delfins. Our kids finished their Padi certs with them at Delfins pool and Yellow Submarine and it was an outstanding experience. We enjoyed Sebastians at Sorobon, Ocean Oasis, Delfins beachfront bar, and Pizza Mare especially. Van den Tweel was great to shop for meals. Thank you Ann & Paula!

From the moment we exited the airport upon arrival, Fenna was there to assist us with any questions we had. So nice to have a friendly face meeting us, and it was very helpful to follow her to the house, and have a quick tour. The place is so tastefully done! Don’t let the fact that the home is made of two sea containers dissuade you. You can’t tell! It’s cool and decorations were top-of-the-line. The location is within 1.5 miles of the main area of the Kralendijk. We rented a truck and were so glad for this as the roads are rough on the island, AND we wanted to tour Washington National Park. Grocery stores are plentiful, and several are a quick drive/walk around the corner. We loved the early mornings sitting by the pool, watching the sunrise. We found it very private as the landscaping is quite lush, and growing fast! We did hear chickens, donkeys, and a neighbor kid’s motor bike, but we brought a sound machine, and had undisturbed sleep. We SO look forward to returning!

If you are hesitating to book Casa Esmeralda, make your reservations now! The pictures, while accurate, do not convey how lovely this house truly is. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed. We cooked several dinners and were impressed that any cooking implement we wanted, we easily found. Actual cookware that was quality and useful. Multiple wine openers. Serving dishes and plates. The bedrooms are quite comfortable, with the master suite truly amazing. The hostess met us upon check in and made sure that we knew where to find everything. She also provided yummy snacks and drinks to make our visit more pleasant. Spending mornings by the pool, and snorkeling right in front of the house, are activities that became the norm. The snorkeling was top notch. Look for the sea turtles! We saw several each day. It will be hard to go back to our "regular" house.

David is a nice host! He was very kind everytime I spoke with him. Also, he arranged for everything to be in te apartment if i asked for it. I also could do a late check-out as my plane was leaving late in the afternoon. All-in-all very happy with my stay :)

verblijf was meer dan geweldig, Leanne is een geweldig enthousiaste en vriendelijke host, het verblijf heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om te genieten. Er is aan alles gedacht, stoeltjes voor het strand, strandhanddoeken, een koelbox, snorkel spullen. super compleet!

an ideal location to go to other parts of the island.

We loved Kas Vos and will be booking again next year. This place was perfect for us. A beautiful place in a beautiful location. Waking up to see the ocean each day was awesome. Having Dive Friends next door made the week so easy. We dive a lot so this was perfect. Anna was super responsive and once we got to the house Lucy was great and very responsive all week. Can’t wait to come again!

Angel Fish Studio was perfect. It is directly next door to Dive Friends for diving and tank rental. The Cliff dive site is right out front. I ate all of my meals on the patio looking out at the ocean. The breeze was wonderful. I opened all the windows and never used the a/c. Rob A.

Wonderful hosts that are very responsive and helpful. Nice location, and private. Our primary purpose was scuba diving. The West coast is 1 mile away so it is easy to get to all the dive sites on the West Coast.

Walking distance to major shops. Quiet. Insect screens on all windows plus ceiling fans..... did not need to use the AC. Does not heat up too much in the sun, unlike the last place I stayed in Bonaire (felt like you could fry eggs on the inside walls). Kitchen well equipped, including most items you might use regularly at home. Other thoughtful items such as a shopping bag and spices. Full size fridge/freezer. Large TV and guest netflix. Roof top shaded leisure area. I didn't use the pool but it always looked clean. Local residents downstairs always friendly and quiet.

Die Unterkunft ist ideal, um zu entspannen, Schnorcheln zu gehen und die Gegend auf Bonaire zu erkunden. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und konnten problemlos Kochutensilien ausleihen. Alles ist sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand und es gibt einen Pool und eine kleine private Terrasse. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.

We loved being at Christine's condo. It was peaceful and charming. The airport is right across the street but believe me when I say you won't even really notice it. We snorkeled right out front a few times. It's a convenient location just outside of the busier "downtown" area of Kralendijk. Christine offers SO many recommendations and is very responsive. We left a little piece of our hearts on Bonaire.

We went to Bonaire for our 25th wedding anniversary, and Casa at Sea was the highlight! It is everything the pictures show and more. Mitch met us at the house, showed us around & made sure we were comfortable. He runs a great food truck called Stoked where we enjoyed burgers & wraps. One of our favorite parts of the trip was sitting on the terrace watching the sunset each evening, then opening our eyes to a gorgeous ocean view right from the bed every morning! We got to see a few cruise ships pass by too. The house was super clean & bug-free (a big deal to me) and since we weren't acclimated to the heat the AC in the bedroom was very much appreciated. Ron & Anneke were so lovely! Always warm & kind, but never intrusive. We wouldn't normally share a space with anyone but in this case we're glad we did! It was an absolutely perfect trip, our only complaint is we didn't book enough days! Legitimately one of the most relaxing places we've ever been to... we're already planning our return!

We stayed here for a week and had such a great time! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept great while we were there. The ocean view was gorgeous and we loved eating or just relaxing on the patio! The location is also very walkable and was close to most of the tours we did and restaurants we ate at. The beach in front of the place is very easy to get to and was good for snorkeling. Debby was a helpful and responsive host and had good recommendations. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone and we will probably try to stay here again when we come back to Bonaire. Loved this place. Very convenient to everything. Bor was great to work with. The balcony is wonderful. Spent most of the time there. The water in front of the apartments is easy access and good snorkeling. Will be returning.

We just returned from the most beautiful stay in Bonaire. The condo is absolutely gorgeous, private, comfortable and breezy. We had the windows (with screens) open nearly 24/7 and were very comfortable in 40C weather. We spent our mornings and evenings on the gorgeous deck overlooking the ocean listening to the sound of the waves. We barely used the pools as we had easy and quick access to the ocean (with great snorkeling!) Every evening we walked 10-15 mins downtown to have dinner and walked home with our ice cream. The bed was incredibly comfortable with great AC. Honestly, very pleased and would return if ever back in Bonaire. I would also like to thank the lovely Karin for being so easy to get in touch with and helping us figure out the oven (ha ha). Thank you to Natalie for the lovely stay.

This was a fanastic place to stay for our first trip to Bonaire. We loved the gorgeous ocean views from the rooftop as well as the private little beach area. It was in a very convenient location and close to plenty of restaurants. The welcome gift in the refrigerator was amazing and so helpful! Everything was amazing!

I must say, one of the best BnB stays I have ever had. The hosts welcome you, show you everything upon arrival, answer all questions, and are always responsive! Such a beautiful family, so sweet! Bonaire is gorgeousss but having such a comfortable and cozy stay made it even better. It’s all about the little things and they thought about it. Had soap to wash clothes, salt pepper to cook, and welcoming bevs. A Lot of places won’t think of these things and have you purchase everything from Scratch right off the plane so deff recommend! The Pool is gorgeous, the location is literally a few min from beach and airport, and they leave a sheet with all info for the house and #’s incase of emergency or take out! Clean and prestige baby, deff coming back

The accommodations at Blue Vibes were better than advertised. The well-appointed two-bedroom condo has a stunning oceanfront view and all the accouterments you would expect from a luxury vacation property (strong WiFi, cable TV, kitchen accessories, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, and more!). The location proved to be way better than we expected. We especially liked watching the boats come in and out of the harbor and the short walk to the powdery white sand Te Amo beach to watch the sunset or grab a bite from one of the 3+ tasty food trucks. Locating next to Dive Friend's Port Bonaire location makes boat dive trips, tank pickups, and returns as easy as possible. The proximity to the airport was great. There was a little noise when the airplanes came and went, but it was no big deal as the flights didn't come and go during sleeping hours. But what made our stay exceptional was our hosts' outstanding hospitality and kindness. They were very friendly, always super easy to communi
