Our small vacation home in the middle of the Five Lakes region and on the outskirts of Munich is the perfect place for your next vacation. Sustainably and ecologically built in wooden construction and reinterpreting the idea of a “tiny house” with only 2 rooms. Instead of having to do without something or having to restrict yourself, you will find a high-quality equipped new building with all its advantages, such as underfloor heating, a spacious kitchen-living room or luxurious bathrooms with shower & bathtub.

Beautiful modern attic apartment in the Munich area

The attic apartment (3rd floor) is ideally located with good connections to Munich (S8, about 30 minutes to the city center), or as a starting point to all lakes in the 5-lake region, the Upper Bavarian castles or for hiking tours in the Allgäu. Please note that the apartment is not suitable as an apartment with a toddler. All children count as guests. If you are traveling with toddlers / infants, please inform us in advance. No parties / shootings Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am

Studio

A studio that is a kind of extension to the house. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place on a gallery. With a wing and garden square, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The S-Bahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good place to accommodate children. Adults only, so to speak.

Our elegant & cozy apartment (60 sqm), in a quiet location & close to the S-Bahn Gauting (S6) offers everything you need to enjoy your stay - whether you're on holiday in the beautiful 5-lakes region (Starnberger See 10 min, Ammersee 25 min) or are here on business. Incl. private terrace (~20 sqm) available - approx. 800m to downtown Gauting & S-Bahn Gauting (S6) - 25 min direct journey to Munich (Oktober Fest, Marienplatz) - In ~5 min in the Grubmühler Feld recreation area (Würm).

The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

In the kitchen-living room, you can not only cook, but also sit comfortably together. The living room is the heart of the apartment - with stunning views of the large garden. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a workplace. In addition to the bathtub, there is a separate toilet.
