From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a restaurant with a beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it by car in 5 minutes, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 m²) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometres you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The Bergmarie, first mentioned in 1394, was completely renovated in 2024 and combines Allgäu tradition with modern comfort. The apartment "Löwenzahn" offers 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower/toilet, living-dining area with sofa, TV and equipped kitchen. Direct access to the terrace with open mountain views. The Bergmarie stands for aesthetics, comfort and a feeling of home – a place where tradition remains alive and modern lightness moves in.

A modern, 140-square-meter loft apartment in a rustic style awaits you, which provides relaxation with a great wellness area. The rural location invites you to unwind, but due to the proximity to Kempten, nearby sports and recreation areas (Alps, Lake Constance, etc.), spas and many leisure activities, there is no time for boredom. We have a family atmosphere and are always available for questions! Not suitable for parties, bachelorette parties, etc.!

The Brenner family warmly welcomes you to Kraftisried. Quietly located on the outskirts, the apartment can accommodate five people (plus cot). Well-equipped kitchen and a bright dining and living area. The sunny terrace provides direct access to the garden with a fireplace and barbecue area. The butcher's and the supermarket are a short walk away. The central location allows you to reach many well-known destinations in a short drive.

Beautiful apartment in a former cowshed. Shared indoor swimming pool with direct access from the apartment. Great location for excursions by bike or hiking in the mountains. Trampoline and swing for shared use. Former farmhouse with two cats and a dog. We no longer have any livestock. The apartment is fully equipped with dishes, towels and bed linen for 4 people. One double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), one sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm)

We have a key box for you so you can check in independently at any time. There are no other guests in the house. We live close by, so someone is always there for you when you need support. Here in the middle of the Alps and the Natura 2000 nature reserve, you can enjoy tranquility and relaxation with stunning views of the mountains and an idyllic lake. Lightness and inspiring impulses come by themselves. Be enchanted. (-:

Apartment in Betzigau - Hauptmannsgreut

Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. Our apartment is in our house on the outskirts of Hauptmannsgreut. From here you can walk or cycle directly into nature, for in the Kempten Forest or to the Notzenweiher. The apartment has a separate entrance and was completed in 2025. The outdoor area is not yet paved or landscaped. However, we have prepared a seating area in the immediate vicinity.
