We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

Frankos apartment was everything and more. Lovely size apartment spotlessly clean. Lovely views. Sun on both balconies so lovely to sit out and enjoy a meal. There is a lovely supermarket a stone throw away. Franko has the restaurant opposite and this is a must!!!. The staff are amazing so attentive 5 stars. And so reasonably priced. I can not reconnect this place any better. He is a lovely young man. Nothing was a bother. We are so booking again

The accommodation is close to the old town of Zadar, it is very quiet and well located. The apartment is perfectly equipped, there is nothing missing, everything is planned for a pleasant stay. On Vesna's advice, we were able to enjoy the street time festival. Thank you very much for your pleasant stay!

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

2-day stay in toni's apartment in June. Well-maintained place, clean terrace with sea view. direct private access to the sea with deckchair. magnificent view. beautiful discovery. toni is very responsive and responds immediately to messages.

Incredibly beautiful! The house has everything you need. Above all, it is very clean. The terrace and the view of the sea are unique. Communication is very friendly, straightforward and fast. But the location is unbeatable. You only go a few steps from the accommodation and you are at the sea and all to yourself. You are not forced to interact with others here. However, if you have any questions, you can always contact the host's very courteous father. (Lives in the next house). If you are looking for a quiet holiday, without crowds, with great views, this is definitely the right place. Absolute recommendation!

The place was great. The beach was fantastic, the pool was good, but unfortunately the lady who is probably responsible for the bar there was very rude. Children were not allowed to play in the pool, also communication with the lady who monitored the whole thing was not possible because she didn't understand a word of English. The only language that understands the fun brake is coratic. I correct you master the word no in english. Other visitors felt the same way. Otherwise, you can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

A nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the bay where there is natural sand with seaweed, very few people, intimate but enough for children a pool. The only thing missing is the lack of a balcony or terrace. Beach Bar on a sandy beach by the bay. The nearest shop or restaurant is a 15-minute walk away. The host responds quickly to inquiries. WiFi is weak at times, but sufficient for most of the day.

We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

We had the great pleasure of spending time in this charming, intimate town. The apartment is located right on the water, with comfortable sun loungers available for guests, which is the perfect place to relax. The house is surrounded by beautiful greenery, which adds to the charm of the entire environment. The room itself was wonderful — spacious, very clean, and extremely cozy. However, it was the deck that stole our hearts, and we rested on it every day. We'd love to come back! The host was extremely friendly and outgoing, eager to talk to us on different topics, which made us feel at home. Warmly recommended and wish you all the best!

Everything you need is nearby: sea with pebble beach, shopping and on foot you only need 30 minutes to the old town. Petar was very easy and quick to reach for local tips and information. The furnishings in the accommodation are limited to the bare essentials. You should therefore not plan to cook extravagant food. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the place.

Ideal as a base for trips to Nin, Zadar, or exploring the diverse landscape by bike or e-scooter. A beautiful sandy beach is within walking distance. The hosts were absolutely sweet and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

Dino was a warm-hearted, friendly and responsive host, who helped to make our stay extra memorable. We enjoyed the nearby beach, well shaded balcony with sea view and a local evening/ night stroll along the waterfront to a nearby and tasty restaurant. The local addresses there may not necessarily run in sequential order, so we suggest entering "Apartments ANDI Punta Skala" into Google Maps for more accurate directions.

We had a very pleasant stay in Alisons studio. It's decorated with love and made us feel at home. It was also very clean and the big windows gave it a roomy feeling despite the studio itself being quite snug. The kitchen is well equipped and we even got to use the yard across the street.

It was really gorgeous! The rooftop apartment was stunning and everything was modern and clean. The host also received us in a friendly way and was also very helpful! I will definitely return! :)
