Holiday rentals with a patio in Köyceğiz

Evde ihtiyaç duyulan herşey bulunuyor, 6 kişi rahat bir şekilde konakladık, ev yeni ve tüm elektrikli aletler sorunsuz çalışır durumda. Yeri çok merkezi, fırın, market ve pazar yeri gibi temel lokasyonlara çok yakın, evin konumu Muğla’nın gezilecek sahillerine 20-30 dakika mesafede.

Harika bir tatil geçirdik. Ergun bey her anlamda yardımcı olarak tatilin keyfini çıkarmanıza yardımcı oldu teşekkürler herşey için.

Gerçekten çok özenle hazırlanmış, merkezi konumda pırıl pırıl bir evdi. Kendi evimizdeymiş gibi hissettik. Evde her şey fazlasıyla vardı. Eve İlk girişte ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şey düşünülmüştü. Okşan hanım bizimle çok ilgilendi sürekli iletişim halindeydik. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Tereddüt etmeden Okşan hanımın misafiri olabilirsiniz.

Arkadaşlarımızla çok güzel vakit geçirdik ve ev sahibi sağolsun herhangi bir sorunumuz da ihtiyacımız da bize severek dönüş yaptılar hiçbir sorun yaşamadık ev sahibimiz ve annesine çok teşekkür ederiz 😊

Sessiz sakin huzurlu, fotoğraflardaki ile aynı. Ev temiz ve yeniydi. Selim bey saolsun her sorumuza hızlı bir şekilde cevap verdi yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Limon ağaçları da aşırı güzel.. Doğayla iç içe, dağlar manzaranız ve oksijen fazla olduğundan alışık olmayınca çarpabilir :) Çocuklarımız havuzda keyifle eğlendiler. Aşırı sıcak olmasına rağmen her odada klima avantajı vardı ama çocuklar hasta olmasın diye maalesef çok faydalanamadık. Genel anlamda güzeldi, teşekkürler ☺️

İlk defa airbnb kullandım.Uğur bey rezervasyon sürecinden çıkış yaptığımız sürece kadar her sorumuzu kısa sürede yanıtladı.Evin konumu muhteşem, resimlerde göründüğü gibi.Sessiz huzurlu tatil isteyenler için harika bir yer.Tavsiye ederim.

Evin büyüklüğü, bahçesi , havuzu, mobilya ve dekorasyonu iyiydi. Her odada klima, banyo tuvaleti var. Mutfakta yeteri kadar ekipman var. Bahçesi geniş ve hoş peyzaja sahip. 5 gün boyunca keyifli ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik. Merkeze yürüyerek biraz uzak ama araç varsa o da önemli değil.

We are just back from a family holiday in Dalyan and enjoyed an excellent stay at the villa with Engin as our host. The villa felt brand new and provided excellent facilities for the whole family, with the pool being a favourite with us all and particularly the kids! The only thing missing for us were some basic kitchen bits like dish clothes, tea towels and washing up liquid which you don’t want to have to buy for a weeks stay. The villa is centrally located in Dalyan so you are in the heart of a buzzing town, however the villa still manages to feel private (the sound proofing of the villa is very good). It’s location means that you are never more than a short walk (and often a lovely boat trip!) from your next adventure! It is a really beautiful part of Turkey with stunning scenery and plenty of day trips to be enjoyed. Engin was a very responsive host and generous with his time, going over and above on several occasions to ensure we had a great time. Highly recommended.

a wonderful villa in a stunning location. The centre of Dalyan and the riverfront are within easy walking distance, and the house itself is in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is very well appointed and thought out, we could not wish for any other amenities - it was all there. The pool is just wonderful - nice to have the option of a heated pool this time of the year. The table tennis was also a great hit with our teenagers. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hüseyin’s place, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I booked, Hüseyin was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure I had all the information I needed for a smooth check-in. The property itself was exactly as described, if not better. It was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. The attention to detail was evident, and it felt like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—close to all beautiful beaches and places like Sarigerme, Dalyan , Iztusu and another peaceful areas. What really stood out was Hüseyin’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offering great local tips and even checking in occasionally to make sure everything was going well. It’s clear that they truly care about their guests and take pride in providing an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend staying at Hüseyin’s place…
