Holiday rentals with a patio in Köyceğiz

The house has everything needed, we stayed comfortably for 6 people, the house is new and all the electrical appliances are working smoothly. The place is very central, very close to basic locations such as bakery, grocery store and market place, the location of the house is 20-30 minutes from the beaches of Muğla to visit.

We had a wonderful holiday. Mr. Ergun helped you enjoy the holiday by helping you in every way, thank you for everything.

It was a sparkling clean house in a very carefully crafted, central location. We felt like we were in our own home. There was a lot of everything in the house. Everything we might need when we first checked into the house was considered. Ms. Okşan was very interested in us and we were in constant communication. I would recommend it to everyone with peace of mind. You can be a guest of Ms. Okşan without hesitation.

It's quiet and peaceful, the same as in the photos. The house was clean and new. Thankfully, Mr. Selim responded to all our questions quickly and tried to help. The lemon trees are also extremely beautiful. In touch with nature, the mountains can hit when you are not accustomed to your view and oxygen:) Our children had fun in the pool. Although it was extremely hot, there was an air conditioning advantage in every room, but unfortunately we did not benefit much so that the children did not get sick. Overall it was nice, thank you ☺️

I used airbnb for the first time. Mr. Uğur answered all our questions in a short time from the reservation process to the time we checked out. The location of the house is magnificent, as it appears in the pictures. It is a great place for those who want a quiet and peaceful holiday. I recommend.

The size, garden, pool, furniture and decoration of the house were good. Each room has air conditioning and a bathroom. There is enough equipment in the kitchen. The garden is spacious and beautifully landscaped. We had a pleasant and peaceful holiday for 5 days. It's a little far from the center on foot, but if there's a car, it doesn't matter.

We are just back from a family holiday in Dalyan and enjoyed an excellent stay at the villa with Engin as our host. The villa felt brand new and provided excellent facilities for the whole family, with the pool being a favourite with us all and particularly the kids! The only thing missing for us were some basic kitchen bits like dish clothes, tea towels and washing up liquid which you don’t want to have to buy for a weeks stay. The villa is centrally located in Dalyan so you are in the heart of a buzzing town, however the villa still manages to feel private (the sound proofing of the villa is very good). It’s location means that you are never more than a short walk (and often a lovely boat trip!) from your next adventure! It is a really beautiful part of Turkey with stunning scenery and plenty of day trips to be enjoyed. Engin was a very responsive host and generous with his time, going over and above on several occasions to ensure we had a great time. Highly recommended.

a wonderful villa in a stunning location. The centre of Dalyan and the riverfront are within easy walking distance, and the house itself is in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is very well appointed and thought out, we could not wish for any other amenities - it was all there. The pool is just wonderful - nice to have the option of a heated pool this time of the year. The table tennis was also a great hit with our teenagers. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect—close to all beautiful beaches and places like Sarigerme, Dalyan , Iztusu and another peaceful areas. What really stood out was Hüseyin’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offering great local tips and even checking in occasionally to make sure everything was going well.
