The apartment was perfect for our 1 week stay. Everything in Ierapetra is within walking distance. George’s recommendations for beaches & restaurants are very good . The apartment is close to all the Ierapetra beaches and the boardwalk that goes along the harbor. Highly recommend.

A good base for excursions in the east of the island. We were welcomed with homemade oil and rhaki and Easter bread. A very nice gesture. For us, it was a relaxing time, everything fit.

We especially liked the 'little things', such as a bottle of wine on arrival. Since we arrived at night, we also loved the toasts, because we couldn't find anything else. Marirania also sent us a storm warning, which actually saved us from great misfortune. That day we wanted to visit a place where there was unfortunately also injured because of the storm. Marirania was always easy to reach throughout the stay and went the extra mile with everything. She also had an open ear for suggestions for improvement. A clear recommendation for us and worth seeing again.

Brand new and clean apartment, matches the description and photographs. Inside there is practically everything you need for your stay (clean towels, paper, scotch, the "fundamentals" in the kitchen such as oil, salt, coffee, etc.). Air conditioners and mosquito nets in all rooms! The apartments are located right in the center of Ierapetra, but in a quiet and quiet street (there are no shops or clubs). Great location for getting around. Great communication with the host, recommended!

Elpida, a dream house, definitely recommended. Not only the location and the view are sensational, but also the house itself. We (married couple 63/61) were able to enjoy Angelika's unobtrusive and warm hospitality in May 2025 and had a relaxing week in or above the beautiful village of Mochlos. We have absolutely nothing to complain about, on the contrary - we have rarely found such a great accommodation. Perfect furnishings and very well-equipped kitchen, always a shady spot and very pleasant insect protection. The steep ascent to the mountain is also no problem after the first exercise. The scent of the plants is simply wonderful. This place is very remote, but with 50m from the sea it is really a magical place. Unfortunately, we only spent 5 nights there, but would have preferred to stay longer. The house itself is not so special, but the location absolutely is. With 100% privacy, you are 50 m from the sea with only a few houses nearby that are certainly not permanently occupied. With Sitia 15m away, you are also back in the inhabited world, with all the amenities available. In short, highly recommended if you like peace and space. Kallia is really a treasure, the house is tip top, and she even cooked for us the first night because we hadn't done any shopping yet. Will definitely come back

My stay at the beach house in Pachia Ammos felt like stepping into a quiet dream. The house was just as shown in the pictures — and somehow even more beautiful, embraced by the serene rhythm of the sea and the gentle charm of a peaceful neighborhood. Each morning, I woke to the whisper of waves and a view so breathtaking it felt like time stood still. The warmth of the locals made the experience even richer, and our host Marilou was the soul of it all — gracious, generous, and sincerely kind. I left a part of my heart by the shore, and I know I’ll return someday

The Wave House is perfectly situated to swim at the beach just in front of the apartment. Loved the sun beds and area in from of the Wave House so you have a space to relax and enjoy the water views.

We greatly enjoyed our accommodation during these few days! The accommodation is clean, functional, very well equipped and the host is very responsive. What can you say about the two beautiful exteriors! The large roof terrace for resting in the shade in complete privacy with sea views. The small terrace in front of the house is incredible, with your feet in the water. The house is very well located, a few metres from the city centre and the bar next door is a real asset for a drink or a meal from our own terrace. A little gem, just like the town of Mochlos.

We had a love stay! Irene was communicative, check in was easy, and her home is ideally located. We enjoyed spending evenings on the patio, cooking meals at home, and snorkeling at the beach below the house. We found a really lovely taverna about 5 mins away that we enjoyed frequenting, as well as a market nearby. We enjoyed exploring this part of Crete and loved having Irene’s home to come back to each day. Highly recommend!

This is our second time in Mochlos, we love it and Popi's apartment is perfect to relax and enjoy the views and surroundings. I can highly recommend it, we hope to stay again in the future.

George and Nicoleta are a lovely and very welcoming family who have made us feel at home and have offered us a thousand details to make us taste typical products of their land made by themselves. The views are spectacular and the house has all the thoughtful touches. They also have board games and toys for kids. Highly recommended!! Thanks for this very personal deal.

Wow! We went to a bachelorette party 4 girls and it was simply amazing! George was long before the trip spoke to me on whatsapp and was available for all my questions. Booked us a taxi from the airport that arrived just on time and everything was very clear through whatsapp. Also at the entrance to the property, George received us, took luggage ( until check-in) and kept them in a secure room. The property is stunning and just right,cozy, clean, quiet neighborhood and right next to all the fun - exactly five minutes walking distance. Buy us some nibbles that were waiting for us in the room, was always available for questions and recommendations for us and even made me really good and took me a ride to the massage he had booked for me in advance in the area. Really was just perfect. I really recommend to anyone who wants to clear their minds and get reliable and professional service above and beyond.

Iannis and his mother welcomed us kindly and gave us fruit and vegetables. Olive oil was also available. The location was good for exploring the great bay around the Lasithi area by car. We would definitely come back.

This is such a great place to stay in AN. Eleftheria met us on arrival and made us feel like family. Their property is pristine and with great lounge, kitchen and dining overlooking the marina. In 5 mins walk you are wherever you want to get to in the local area. There is a sheltered beach within walking distance. A gorgeous town and well appointed place to stay. Absolutely recommend

We had an amazing time. Manolis is very helpful and friendly. He gave us some great recommendations of beaches to go to and restaurants. The apartment is in a great location. It has everything you need and is really nicely decorated and very clean. If we end up in Agios Nikolaos again we will definitely stay there again

Wonderful. Property exactly as described. Alexandra was a wonderful host. We were spoilt with extras-cakes, a sun hat, toiletries, towels, fruit , tea & coffee I highly recommend staying at Alexandra’s and Maria. X

Beautiful spacious apartment with great modern design and with a unique sea view from the balcony (sea only about 20 meters away). Everything you need. The landlord is extremely friendly and always available. We felt very comfortable. There are many good restaurants in the area, all within walking distance. The free parking by the sea was also perfect. From there, you only need 5 minutes to the apartment. The beautiful bar near the bedrooms was always well attended and accordingly it was loud there until late at night. It's a matter of taste, but the beds were too hard for us. Otherwise absolutely recommended! We felt very comfortable and always had a cozy breakfast on the balcony.

We spent almost a week in this lovely apartment with our 2 year old and it was just perfect! The apartment contains few things but has everything you might need - it’s beautiful and cosy. Alexandra’s dad welcomed us and our daughter became a real fan of him (just like us, he was very friendly). We loved the proximity to the beach (so beautiful! And perfect for small children) and the nice taverns and cafes, while still being secluded. During two nights we heard some louder music (from a bar, maybe) but after closing the window that was also not a problem at all . Thank you, Alexandra, we really enjoyed our stay and could have easily stayed longer!
